Description MajestiCoon and OptiCoon are TICA registered catteries that fall under the Florida's Maine Coons, LLC umbrella. Florida Maine Coons is a fully licensed Cattery in Citrus County, Florida. We specialize in breeding Authentic Maine Coon Kittens in Florida. Our Cattery is located in Dunnellon, Florida. We are close to Crystal River, Ocala, Gainesville, The Villages, only about an hour from Orlando or Tampa. We specialize in Maine Coons kittens with European looks and Authentic American Line Maine Coon Kittens with a 5-year health guarantee. Our Maine Coons are incredibly friendly, large cats with lots of different colors available. These fantastic creatures have long bushy tails, beautiful ear tips and magnificent coats in various colors.

Ginnie the owner is amazing! We made a special trip down to visit her and to see how well the cats are taken care of. We were not disappointed, Ginnie is very knowledgeable about Maine Coons and treats all the cats like her own. She has very detailed records of DNA testing and health records of all her cats involved with breeding. Both of our boys are so lovable and better than we even expected. We would highly recommend using Florida Maine Coons!

My experience with OptiCoons is an awesome one. First, Ginnie saved me from getting scammed by a back yard breeder. I’m so grateful for that. She then helped me in my kitten pursuit. In March of 2020 King Midas, a red & white tabby, was born to Kiss Me and King Arthur of OptiCoons. Midas quickly became the love of our lives. His intelligence and regal demeanor just flowed from his beautiful self. A truly exceptional animal. Just Perfect. In March of 2022 we brought home MajestiCoons Moonshine. A black tabby with white. He is a total hunk. He was so well socialized & all around well adjusted to people, kids, ect. He fit right in straight away. He has brought so much light into this family already. His energy & curious soul make everyone smile. So to sum up my experience with OptiCoons, I love them. The people. The cats. I feel truly blessed to have found them. We purchased a 12 week old kitten from this breeder in January. We kept her indoors and she was not around any other cats. She received routine veterinary care while we had her. She became lethargic and off her feed eight weeks after purchasing her from this breeder. We got opinions from three different veterinarians who gave a tentative diagnosis of wet FIP. We were devastated and heartbroken when we were told the best thing for this kitten at this point was to put her to sleep. Lab results later confirmed that is was indeed FIP that this cat had and it only came from this breeder.
