Called rainbow animal hospital to get a second opinion on my dog, which we were about to euthanize, because of his poor health. Anyways, we took him over to the doctor and took him in the back room. Examine him told my wife he did not need to be put down. He need to be put on some medication for his inflamed joints and also we’re putting him on a diet. They have been very friendly very helpful fairly priced

We were so impressed with this veterinarian!. We were looking for a vet to treat our gecko who was sick, and they were able to get us in very quickly! Office staff was extremely friendly and helpful, office was clean and pleasant and doctor was very knowledgeable and was able to help our baby. Absolutely would return!

First. The female vet that saw my cats had great difficulty listening to more than half a sentence. Second. I was advised to bring in stool samples. When I got there, they couldn't understand why I brought in stool samples. THIRD. If they quote you prices for services, make sure you get it in writing. (They eventually honored the prices they told me, but it took some convincing.) I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Read the other problem reviews. We have a pedigree dog and might have certain expectations. That being said, we stopped by on a Saturday and the staff was rude to borderline obnoxious. We asked to see the kennel area and she said we weren't allowed. So, really wasn't for us. The staff on the phone when we called during the week was lovely. So it might be hit or miss.

Thank you to the vet and all the staff at Rainbow River Animal Hospital I had my 12 yr old chiwawah put down two weeks ago she was my baby and it was the hardest thing I ever had to do but the vet and staff made me feel so comfortable having to do this. They were so good with my Ruby they also sent me a card in the mail. Thank you so much to you all. I know Ruby would thank you to if she could.

I went in today as someone who has never been here before, and was very worried about my cat as he had some issues with his paw. The Hospital was busy but the lady at the front desk seemed on the ball with trying to get me in, and in no time at all the doctors fixed up my cats paw and sent us home! Every single person I dealt with today deserves 5 stars! I know how hard it must be to deal with everyone AND there pets and really appreciate what you ALL do! Thank-you
