So very grateful for this urgent care. My dog needed to be seen right away and we were given the most exceptional care and felt like we were in good hands. Everything was explained from diagnosis to cost and options were given. I would recommend this urgent care for anyone that has a pet that needs care either urgently or on a regular preventive visit.

Every time one of my Cats falls ill or face dives off something high I bring them straight here. They are pretty good at squeezing you in, and if they can't they have an after hours clinic. They can be a bit pricey but they do great work, and everyone seems to remember your animals. Everyone there gets excited when I bring my scottish fold Windgrace in. I recommend them highly.

I’m so thankful that there’s a place so close that will work you in promptly and take such good care of your pet! Our handsome boy went in feeling miserable and was given the best care, diagnosis and treatment. Now he’s eating again and continues to improve! Even his brother is trying to encourage him!

Went tonight for urgent care visit. I made an appointment earlier in the day so there was no wait time. Place is super clean and they are AAHA accredited. Super compassionate and friendly staff. I felt comfortable and confident with how they took care of my pet. Pricing was cheaper than I thought it would be too.

Last year I took my granddog there  because he was in obvious pain!  They did x-rays and said he needed emergency surgery because there is a bone lodged in his intestines!  They circled on the x-ray for me where the bone is, they sent the x-rays to Akron and told them we were on our way!  Docs at Akron looked at the x-ray, and then they took their own x-rays and they said there is absolutely no bone! Long story short, he had pancreatitis, no surgery necessary, but they kept him overnight.  Of course I called Adamson and told them everything, and I told them that I feel I should get at least a partial refund of the $500 they charged me for the wrong diagnosis!  So the girl on the phone sent me to another lady, who gave me the number of another lady. Each person kept saying they don’t have the authority to authorize a refund! The last lady kept saying she will call me with the information after she does some inquiring! I never got that call!  After a couple unsuccessful, phone calls I gave up, I did not have the emotional energy nor the funds to pursue a small claim for $500! I wish I had!  So I just let it go, but I still get angry again every time I hear their name and I feel I have to tell the story when I see a recommendation.
