They are not professional, the staff is not on the page with one another. They are not equipped or capable of taking care of cats and kittens, they have to send them off to a better facility even after promising to contact me about a kitten, when it was old enough to be adopted! I'm now heartbroken. They need better training and more compassion! I do not recommend this facility!

We were new pet parents and they didn’t give my kitten the leukemia shot and said they didnt know if he got it and never called to tell us. He ended up dying exactly one month later. We did three vet visits and no one knew what was wrong with him. When we got him he also had roundworms on TOP of leukemia.

I cannot express how grateful I am that I found this location they are absolutely amazing staff was absolutely amazing at everything they did for my baby. Her name was Zulu. We changed it to Yuki as it’s Japanese For snow and the two braids that she is mixed with being as she is a palm ski half Siberian husky and half Pomeranian both Snow dogs I figured it was the perfect fit and she learned it quickly she was extremely healthy they chipped her they gave her all of her shots they could at the time ( rabies, DA2PPBL2, Bordetella, she received a bath& she receive Pyrantel pamoate) They fixed her and the way they fix her she barely had a scar she healed so quickly my vet that I took her to after said her behavior and care She received from this location that I got her from was above and beyond. They were highly impressed. She is the most gentle sweet dog considering she was a rescue m. I can’t thank you Wayne County Humane Society and all of your staff enough for How insanely grateful I am that I was so lucky that my sister found the promotional link for Yuki and her brothers online and I was able to contact you and get her so quickly. I had planned And worked and did everything I possibly could and to get ready and adopt an animal and I could not have asked for a better one especially coming from this place your staff is amazing and I hope that you all get everything that you deserve in life as well as this location gets everything it deserves in order to take care of all of those amazing amazing animals that you spend so much time on I have adopted once before in Michigan and I have never had the same treatment I fully support this location it took me an hour to get to it and I will drive again if I were to adopt again I highly recommend coming to them. Go out and adopt a cat they are always in need of homes!!!! I left some pictures for you Guys. The day we got her, as she grew over time and today

my cat was adopted from them 3 months ago. i absolutely love her and they did warn me that she had MILD respiratory problems that would conflict her in the long haul. what they didnt tell me was that its so bad she potentially could only like 2-5 more years. they also didnt treat her ear infection, or eye infection, or ever get her teeth cleaned so im about 1000 dollars deep in vet bills all for stuff they failed to mention to me. they also didnt call like they said they would, they put my cat in the wrong spot on the website then got mad that i asked them to hold her while i drove to get her. all in all i adore my cat, but pick somewhere who knows more about their animals or at least cares more!! and she was 8 MONTHS behind on vaccines. thats a lot of stuff to not be aware of.
