As a new puppy owner Dr. Lusty and her tech were very kind and answered all of my questions. Dr. Lusty took her time and was very patient with me. She even demonstrated some easy commands to teach my puppy, as well as recommendations on books to read and training classes per my request. Every employee I encountered was very friendly and helpful.

I highly recommend you find a different vet before your poor baby is actually really sick and unable to get the help they need. This place is fine for routine care but the absolute worst vet I've dealt with since my animals got sick. In general they do not answer questions or help in anyway if you don't bring your animal in to their office, regardless of how many times they have already seen the animal or how much data/detailed information you have. They regularly hang up on you when you're on hold. They don't respond to emails. They don't remember you or your pet even when you're in there every other day and talking to them continuously about an ongoing health problem (feline diabetes). They don't really care about making a long-term health plan or looking at the whole picture for holistic care, such as providing diet recommendations/prescriptions for my diabetic cat. In general I don't feel like they treat the animals as individuals, it's just one size fits all and who cares how much it costs even when they know your animal is terminal (sold me hundreds of dollars of medication I didn't use because the next day I came back in and they recommended euthanasia (feline oral cancer). I've never really had a bad experience with a veterinarian. I've had my two fur babies for 8 years, and we've had 3 other vets (different cities) before this one. TlDR - I do NOT recommend bringing your feline friends to this place. Can't speak for dog care but I'd expect similar issues.

I am very thankful for this vet. They have always been wonderful. Our poor baby had an emergency and they were able to get us in asap. They were very patient with us and caring. I’m not being dramatic when I mean that this is the best place around. We have gone to different vets and this place the far better than anyone we went to. Dr. Lusty and her team are fantastic. Great prices as well.

The staff is extremely kind and welcoming. Everyone was patient, understanding, and always willing to help and answer questions. Unfortunately my cat had an undetectable underlying heart condition and after her spay did not make it. The technicians and doctors did everything they could for both me and my cat. I cannot express enough how wonderful and sympathetic everyone here was during this hard time. In the worst case scenario of it all I still recommend and praise the people who are putting in the hard work and dedication here.

I brought my dog Katie here for humane euthanasia due to aggression and reactivity. They treated my fiancé and I with the utmost kindness and understanding. Dr. Amy showed so much care towards Katie and it's really nice to see how much the staff is effected by the loss of a dog they just met. It made me feel less alone.

I hope I don’t start crying oops .. too late !! I truly cannot say enough about Pierson Pet Hospital. My sweet Sasha was diagnosed with cancer Dr Amy and her staff were the most caring people I have ever met. I was devastated when I found out my dog had cancer and she didn’t have very much time to live I was heartbroken 😭 Dr. Amy and her staff were so supportive throughout this whole thing unfortunately I recently just lost Sasha. I cannot tell you how much I appreciate the support I have received from them they truly care about their patients. So many times I called up there and Dr. Amy always took my phone calls and listen to me cry over Sasha along with her staff. I can’t thank them enough for everything they did for me and Sasha . I highly recommend Dr. Amy and her staff for anyone that wants their pet cared for by people who really care . I will never forget the kindness and support they gave me when I needed it the most . Thank you for the wonderful sympathy card I received from you . All the kind words touch my heart and soul. I can’t thank you enough for helping me get through this !! If anyone needs a vet I promise you this is the perfect place. I’m very grateful to Pierson veterinarian. 💗💗🐶
