Spoke with same last dark hair and heavier set, was extremely rude and flat out lied. Called to inform me that my pet deposit was different (higher) than it actually was. I gave her the benefit of doubt after checking with my apartment and was still insisting that it 500 (it is not). Even though I was really trying to adopt locally probably will have to go outside of Bryan to find a cat. Hope everyone else has a better experience.

I called on the phone to inquire about how to go about turning in a puppy that we rescued from our neighborhood that has very high traffic. The woman on the phone was very rude cut me off in the middle of speaking and changed her tone to a frustrated higher tone. Treating people this way when all they're trying to do is the right thing and help a living creature is absurd. I hope she can find a way to adjust her awful attitude. I'd rather re home the puppy myself than for it to have to deal with rude people like this. If that's how they talk to humans I can imagine the way the animals are being treated.

First off thank you so much to Alyssa, she was an amazing help through the whole process. We adopted our puppy Quinn, and she was healthy and happy when we got her. They gave us a lot of coupons and free offering from dog care places in town. And Alyssa answered all the questions we had. Thank y’all so much!

We adopted our pupper here about a month ago. I was very sure that I wanted to adopt a dog but wasn’t sure what our personality fit would be. They took the time to walk me through multiple details and explain the process as well as arranged multiple meetings for me as they saw I was trying to find the right personality fit both for me and the pup we bring home. On adoption day, they were very flexible and adjusted to our schedule to make sure the puppy had a stress free ride home and we could get everything ready on time. Thank you!

This is where I adopted "Pebbles", who was stuck with the name, Calabaza...What??? But anyway, she's perfect, so sweet, mostly housebroken, and I love her!!! At the Bryan Animal Shelter, they were very helpful, and it only cost $10.00 for my Pebbles...
