Wonderful staff! I’ve only been in LA for 8 months, but in that time I’ve had three visits to the vet (Two unplanned). Each time the staff have been so nice and great with Bleu! Very knowledgeable and so compassionate. I was hoping I would find a vet like the one I went to for 20+ years in the Carolina’s, and I definitely have ☺️ Thank you Dr. Landry, and Dr. Thomas for being amazing, my boy Bleu and I so appreciate you!

I would give you five star would have give you four stars but my heart right now is so much in pain when I came there Halloween the door said it was open I went in there to yeah I'll take a look at my dog that she's not doing really good at all and I'm afraid that she's dying and What Hurts the Most finding out from a friend of mine's that you should have gave me somewhere else for emergency and you failed to do so now I lost a baby girl she wasn't just a dog but I told y'all she was my baby I had watched her passed away in my bed because I know I had nowhere to getting help the next day I had to bury you next time when somebody comes in to ask y'all to take a look at the animal take a look at them or give them some information to go to where they can get emergency help because I don't want them to lose they baby like I lost my baby because yeah I failed to give that information I have been going to y'all mingle and tia a few times before with my other dog and I thought you did well and now I'm going to think twice after this isn't it thanks for nothing to the reply to the message I was turn away because they told me because there was no veterinarian at the time I had to make the appointment in the next day was far too late and I was their previous times there is a record my dog's name is honeybun you have seen it before I had to come up with the money for the surgery when I finally got it but I had to make an appointment never had the chance to but when I went there I got turned away and come to find out that y'all supposed to show me where to go for emergency nobody showed me where to go so now I lost my baby girl which I cried in front of them and they asked them if they could take a look at her which I cried in front of them cuz I told them I don't want to lose my baby girl cuz she was my baby girl it was on Halloween and the both ways understood what I said to them I had the appointment made the next day for 8:30 in the morning I had to call and cancel because she died in my arms and then they have a friend of mine told me y'all were supposed to tell me where to go for emergency and you failed to do so I know you're good and everything but that moment the nurses that was their head failed you for emergency when I told him and pride in front of them they don't remember I remember it very well

I have two chinny babies and AAC has treated them as they are there own They say they are well behaved for there breed and they are my long hair recently got a groom and they did an EXCELLENT JOB my baby loves his new summer do very professional and friendly knowledgeable staff the only issue I have since this review was 2yrs ago they have gotton quite expensive Unfortunately will be taking my pets else where for service what use to cost 300 is now 700 Unfortunately not affordable any more for my family they will miss you thank you for the years of service

TERRIBLE!! Brought my doodle to get fixed and they charged us for stuff we did not ask for. They were not honest about the prices. No one could communicate correctly. Also told us he HAD to stay overnight, but made us get him the night prior because they couldn’t provide a kennel to fit him. Will never go there again. Please do not bring your dog there!
