Both our toy schnauzer and mini schnauzer are BEAUTIFUL when we pick them up for grooming. Also, a quick check by the vet before grooming caught an ear infection in our mini and saved us an additional visit! Excellent care and understanding with our yappy fur babies.

The staff is well informed of what you are receiving and upcoming prices. I feel well informed. That ai will recieve the best for my dog. I see them twice a month for grooming only and I am a customer for 24 years.

They are quick at setting up appointments but I don't like that I have to medicate my dog before her appointments. I think if the Vet would interact with the dog and talk to the dog when they enter the room, the dogs would be more receptive to care.

Brought my dog in for swelling. Was an abscess which they so rudely made sure to elaborate multiple times how huge it was. Felt very judged the entire time. They refused to drain the said abscess because they “couldn’t get anything out of it” funny enough when I got him my wife took it upon herself to try to drain it and low and behold she drained tons of stuff from it and then right after draining my dog went and drank some water. So where’s my wife’s $467 that ya’ll charged me for nothing. Will never return to this place. They didn’t listen to a thing I said about what was going on with my dog. And dismissed all my questions with a “I am better than you” attitude. I have since called 3 other places and gotten more information from those than I did in the short maybe 20-30 min I was at this place. Ridiculous.

I would recommend them. They took my pup in and checked him. I got results fast and the meds he needed. I’m a first time dog dad. Thank y’all for helping him and after one day he’s feel better and way more active. Thank you again!
