We really appreciate the love and care that the staff and Dr. Jen provide to our dog. They are kind and helpful and always answer all our questions, make recommendations and follow up when needed. We LOVE this place!!

Dr Jen was great! Super helpful. Polite. Didn’t treat me like I was dumb and didn’t know what I was doing. (Been there before with other vets.) Patiently answered all of my questions. Leah, the vet tech was super great too. Her knowledge and helpfulness was much appreciated!

Grand Haven Animal Hospital is the very best! They have taken exceptional care of our cats, they’re professional, knowledgeable, kind and compassionate. Their clinic is always decorated due the seas s and holidays and everyone gets us friendly and provides great customer service! I highly recommend this practice!!

They always take good care of my dogs when we had two and now we only have one. the brown beagle (Tilly)went over the rainbow bridge last March from heart failure. We still have our black and white (Pogo) which they take good care of him.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND We took our dog in for a tick. It was after hours and they were open still. They got the tick out of our Lil man and was comforting and compassionate.
