The clinic was very busy but never felt rushed when it was our turn to be seen. Staff was so very friendly and the doctor was great with my Jackson! We will definitely be returning to this clinic. Worth the wait!

All of the staff was so kind to my scared girl. She’d never been to the vet before and was very nervous hearing other dogs barking and being around new people but the techs and vet himself were patient and gentle with her. Another plus was the cost, we had a new patient exam and some vaccines and I was honestly expecting to spend about triple the amount I did but was pleasantly surprised by my cost. I’d definitely recommend Gardendale Pet Clinic to anyone looking for quality affordable pet care.

The biggest criticism I have is that you have to wait a long time once you get there for your appt (small building that gets lots of business) and that there is NOT enough parking for the amount of people that come. Many people park in a neighboring lot or in the grass. But, if your pets are up to date on shots then you can drop them off in the morning on your way to work for a bath or shots-then pick them up on the way home. It's also super simple to use the PetDesk app to set up appointments and keep track of your pets records. They are good about updating app and calling or messaging you if there are any problems.They were super sweet to my anxious kitty and big pup when he was unsure. Overall, it's a great vet to go to in Gardendale if you need one.

The ONLY place I trust with Steven Wayne Riley's BOSS. Boss is a gentleman and a gentle giant but rushes up on other dogs to fast and it can cause problems so I call once there even before the virus and the greatest guy happily comes out and gets Boss once the waiting room is safe for all fur babies. The wait is never long. Thank u 😊 for loving Boss and his birthday card. Pretty awesome

Great Clinic! Dr Thompson is a Great Veterinarian with much experience. He and his staff make you feel very comfortable when your pet is in need. Honest, understanding and very informative. Our family are customers for life! We highly recommend Gardendale Pet Clinic!!
