Our services include routine wellness check-ups and vaccines, surgery, internal medicine, dentistry, radiology, boarding, grooming, and daycare programs. Our elderly cat was very sick. I didn’t realize how sick she was until close to closing time on this past Tuesday. My regular vet was already closed for the day. I called Mercy and they agreed to see our cat. They were very kind, informative and also gave me options for caring my cat. The vet bill was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend them and gave them 5 stars for all the above. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Dr.Allison and her staff are absolutely amazing. I will never forget the kindness and compassion they showed for us. We ended up there for an emergency visit for our babygirl who had just got hit by a car, what we thought would be broken bones and a good penny of a bill turned into the worst news anyone would ever want to get, unfortunately there was no way our baby could be fixed and healed, she needed thousands of dollars in reconstructive surgery and the only other option was to put her to sleep. We were devastated. Dr. Allison and her staff gave us all the time we needed with our babygirl before we laid her to rest. It was already late and they were closing soon but there was no one rushing us. I just want to say Thank you to everyone at Mercy for treating our daughters so well before my husband and I made it to the clinic and thank you for all the kindness, compassion and care you gave us that night.

My dog was shot by the police and needed medical attention. He was taken back and treated and given back to me heavily sedated and not taken out to relieve himself. I had to carry my 60lb SEDATED pitbull out of my car and get him to grass at the PetSmart next door. Short hair brunette tech yells at me from the facility across they way that, "You need to handle your dog better." Instead of offering her assistance knowing that my dog was just seen at her facility- she decideds to make matters worse for my already rough day by insensitively yelling at me. Called to talk to the owner/lead vet the next day and he dismissed my claims telling me that his employee says, "that it didn't go that way." Having empathy for humans should go along with having empathy for animals. This review will likely get deleted... again.

We took our Golden to Mercy because we thought he could have ingested something..they saw us on short notice pretty quickly even though we were not patients there. Dr Crider was helpful and kind and the tech, Jennifer was so kind. They did a great job eliminating what could be causing his pain. I’m not sure why we ever went anywhere else. Great experience. Many thanks for seeing our big baby so quickly.

My new foster puppy cut his leg and needed stitches Friday afternoon. I called 8 vet offices before I found this one that answered the phone and said they would treat him. I arrived at 2:00, to a line of customers. I saw the vet at 2:30 and the pup was ready to go home before 4:00. They gave me a pre-treatment estimate around $420 and the final bill was around $490. The vet asst took the pup to my car and explained the procedure and medication. The pup came home with his e-collar on and the prescribed meds. Four days and the cut looks great and the pup acts like nothings wrong. Mercy called today to check on the puppy and see if I had questions. I only had praise for their great care and concern. I don’t know if they are more expensive than other vets, but I felt their staff, the vet, the assistant, and the level of care was worth every penny.

Wonderful people work there. They spent over 20 minutes talking to us about our fur baby's skin allergy and how to deal with it. They tJe special care of my fur babies .
