Kaylyn was extremely helpful! She listened and booked an appointment for Leo right away. At the clinic, Leo was seen by Dr P who was very thorough and provided detailed explanation of options available for Leo. I highly recommend Vetco. They are an hour drive away and I would not hesitate to drive there again in order for Leo to have great care. Thank you team Vetco Mansfield!!

Apparently appointments are just suggestions and you can be sitting there for 20 minutes and then further past your appointment to even get checked in. Check in was such a long and slow process for each pet family. If you want prompt and transparent service, go to banfield. Like the lady said who left with her dogs before me, this will be our first and last time going to vetco.

I loved the whole experience! So easy to book an appt, everyone was soooo friendly and it didnt cost an arm & a leg like we are used to! My dog loved everyone!

I brought our two year old cat Pancho in unexpectedly. My daughter adores this cat, and he was pretty sick. The staff at Vetco was exceptional. But the vet Dr. Tricia Carlson was particularly kind. She helped us out in a time of need in ways that I can’t properly express my gratitude for. From me, my daughter, Cisco the dog and Pancho, thank you.
