Warning do not take your pet here. We made an appointment for May 29th for a urinary tract infection. Our cat had a displays irritation in genital area (constant licking and mewling in pain) distended abdomen/ hard after urination movement is more normal but displayed sluggish movement and behavior was aggressive (hissing) when approached. Had blood work, urinary test, and stools test. They told us there nothing wrong with our cat. Today we took our cat to Stockton emergency because he seem to look extremely unwell, they told us he had a major urinary blockage and he dying. How is this possible when we clearly told the vets on May 29th that we have a strong feeling that our cat might have some kind of urinary tract infection but they said he fine, they failed to look into it, they said he look healthy charged us almost $400 buck and now our cat is dead. We came here for 3 cats and all three is gone. The 2 other one had a tumor according to what they said, 2nd cat costed me over $2000 for surgery but still end up dead. I have one cat and one dog, for sure I will never go to this place ever again!!!! We trusted them but after this one die from something we asked them to please check and they did not, and now our cat is dead.

Just fantastic - see my separate review for Dr. Miller. The staff is fantastic, very caring, and were able to see our dog on a last-minute emergency basis with no hassles. Pricing was more than fair, and we didn't feel pressured or rushed in making healthcare decisions for our little boy. I can't say enough good things about our experience. Don't hesitate to visit this office! We'll be bringing our boy in for all of his needs going forward. Thank you!

I’ve been taking my dog to paws and claws and it’s been awesome with most of the visits. Nurses were sweet with handling my dog, doctor Abigail was great and gave great advice’s with some of the questions & concern we had. She prescribed shampoo for my fur baby for skin issue and it was awesome, I noticed great result after first use. Clinic is clean and neat, they have nice sitting area. You can either park in front or back of the clinic. Overall great and affordable veterinary clinic in central Bay Area.

I have multiple pets and have worked in rescue. Paws and Claws is moderately priced and gives exceptional service and compassion. Dr. Miller is an amazing vet who is dedicated and makes each visit as stress-free as possible. My dogs love her and my cats benefit from her expertise. 10 stars.

The pups have been coming here since they were 12 weeks old and I can’t say enough about the service of the doctors staff.

On 12-21-2021, I had to have my beloved Ella put down. It was by far the most difficult thing I have ever had to do. Ella was 17 years old and was not only my emotional support, but I was hers. Ella was already in her senior years when I adopted her, and had been owner abandoned. I felt she deserved so much more and wanted to give her the best life possible for her remaining years. I know I did that for her, and in return, she made me the happiest pet owner ever. Knowing it was her time to go was the hardest decision I had to make. Ella layed on my chest, and as I was petting her, I said you’re ready to go aren’t you. I then called Paws and Claws Tracy. They were so compassionate through the entire process. I chose to be with Ella to the end, very tough, but they were there to comfort me before and after. I truly don’t know how I would have gotten through it without them. I had Ella cremated. When I got the call Ella’s ashes were ready to be picked up, again the compassion came through, even over the phone. When I did pick up my beloved Ella, she was brought out to me with loving care. Seeing I was still obviously upset, the gal kindly said they are still there for me and to drive safely. True compassion. Thank you Paws and Claws for not only taking care of my beloved Ella, but me, in our time of need. We were truly Blessed to have been in good hands.
