Had to schedule an appointment online because no one answered the phone over multiple days and there was no voicemail. Staff has turned over recently and while polite are unable to do basic services without having the cat drugged when this has never been an issue in the past. Waited over an hour to be told to reschedule for a dental visit meaning my cat was stressed for no reason . Given the high monthly plan cost this is disappointing.

Don’t go here unless you want to pay $75 a month for a “wellness plan” I think it’s a good place if you have a brand new young animal that needs constant checkups and shots but I’m not bringing in my 10 year old dog once a month for a checkup for $75 monthly. The staff is extremely nice and I do feel like they take genuine care of the animals! But it’s the plans that make everything so frustrating. I’m also currently struggling with even figuring out how to cancel my wellness plan.

Banfield Westerville use to be a great place. But the last year has gone down hill. Lost some excellent vets and techs. Some days they have to close due to not having a vet at all!!! The front staff is usually very wonderful. Way too focused on selling the optimum wellness plan then caring for your pet. Found a wonderful vet at Banfield Easton Also read your plan carefully because if your pet dies, you still have to keep paying the monthly fee until your year is up!!!!

We took our dog here for yearly vaccinations, he was perfectly healthy otherwise. When we got him back we soon learned he had kennel cough. They refused to even acknowledge the experience and we were responsible for the medicine.

Staff was very understanding and helpful when I brought my dog in for an emergency. They were able to get him an appointment same day and even accommodate a change in time. Rooms were clean, stocked with tissues, and services were fast. Before doing anything they were willing to tell me the anticipated costs.

Since moving to Westerville we have brought our 3 dogs here and they have been great every time. Last night (2/01/24) our dog needed her anal glands expressed badly. I called Banfield right before they closed and they told me to bring her in. I don't know what we would have done had they not been so gracious. I wish I got everyone's name, but kudos to your staff for putting the pets needs first. Highly recommend!
