We love both vets we have seen there. They do not nickel and dime you and provide a straightforward reasonable bill. The vet techs have also been wonderful and it's easy to get an appointment.

They deserve zero stars for the lack of customer service. Short -brunette with short hair is the worst of them. If I have to deal with attitude and bad energy from this current staff I don’t trust them with my puppy’s care. I used this vet for my first pet and the young ladies at the front desk were awesome. Clearly, they just hired anyone to replace a competent staff.

My bulldog recently had entropion surgery done with Dr. Benson. My usual vet quoted me more than 3 times what AVC was able to do it for. The staff were all very helpful and friendly, and my dog’s eyes are so much better now! Thank you to all who were involved in Beau’s care. Highly recommend this practice for surgical procedures at an affordable rate

Good doctor, but dealing with customer service is a constant struggle. They often promise to email blood results but forget, leading to multiple unfulfilled promises until I drive there myself. Additionally, they tend to put me on 30-minute holds and forget, never bothering to return calls. This has been my experience for two years, even after lodging complaints. That’s the reason for my two-star rating. I’m hopeful for an improvement that will allow me to revise my review more favorably in the future.

Worst experience ever with this complex. Beware of the lack of professionalism and care that your pet will receive. Our dog Remi went to the facility a month ago because a previous facility left a tooth fragment that got infected. The center was nice cleaned up the infection, removed the tooth fragment that a previous vet left behind, stitched Remi up and sent her home with a port and several stitches. From there it was all down hill. When you call for an appointment you are put on hold for eternity, asked to leave a message and NEVER receive a return call, or asked to send photos to an email address and the email is NEVER answered or responded to. Our dog has been in a cone for 7 weeks with antibiotics and pain meds. We went to an appointment today and was told, and argued with that we did not have an appointment and was told by the head tech Mary Ann and Dr Benson that we were to get out of the office with several profanities coming from Dr. Benson. Dr. Benson proceeded to tell us that he has stage 4 liver cancer with a month to live and he shouldn’t even be there he should be at an Orioles game enjoying his life. My father passed away from stage 4 liver cancer and I was very grieved to hear that in regards to Dr. Benson, because I still grieve my father. IF you are at the end of your life why are you working with peoples beloved animals telling the owners that you got them to 85% and we need to take her somewhere else for care. This is also a man that can’t hear when you are talking to him, the whole situation is sad and I would be extremely cautious having any kind of procedure at this facility due to the lack of care and professionalism, they may be reasonably priced BUT you will definitely get what you pay for and a lot LESS. I spoke to Mary on Thursday, May 30th at 4:10 pm (after being on the phone for 34 minutes when she picked up the call), Mary scheduled the appointment for 11:30pm on Sunday, June 2nd (today) Mary should be held accountable. We drove 40 minutes to this appointment to be harassed and told the appointment did not exist.
