I have been here a handful of times for my two dogs. I've seen two different doctors. Everything has been a good experience. The doctors and all of the staff are very patient, knowledgeable and caring. Their customer service is excellent, and I always feel like my babies are in good hands. I have been to other places nearby over the years, but I think I'll be sticking with Quality Care Animal Hospital!

Couldn’t be more thankful to QCAH for their expertise and animal care. Dr. Mendez cropped my 9 week old Dobermans ears in March, I couldn’t be more satisfied with the results and aftercare/posting appointments. This is my pup at 5 months old.

I will not be coming back to this clinic. I have been waiting for a manager to call me back for two weeks because she is the only one that has the ability to help clearly that isn’t the case. Every time I call the receptionist just apologize because they see all the notes of them telling me the manager will call me back. One of the receptionist left me a voicemail saying that he has repeatedly told the manager to call me and she says she will. This receptionist even suggested that I email the Doctor regarding my issue. Its been two weeks and the manager still hasn’t called back. All I have is what a receptionist thinks is the answer to my problem.

I always feel great taking Molly to Quality, they're always so friendly and sweet to my dog. Molly herself is happy to be there and comfortable with the doctor. They don't sell you on things you don't need, they genuinely care about the animals and its obvious from the moment you walk through the door.

Excellent customer service from start to finish! Thank you for taking care of my puppies and I. Very helpful and knowledgeable with all of my questions and concerns. I highly recommend them and we will definitely be back!
