Excellent service by Kyle! He took the snake from the garage fast and prompt. He also looked for entry points and gave pointers on how to avoid critters into the house/garage area. Thank you Kyle! A+ service, will do business with them again!

Plunkett's provided fantastic customer service throughout. They did run into some difficulty with technician scheduling initially due to a heavy work load, but the phone staff was excellent in communicating the situation and the technician's pest exclusion installation work on our house was excellent.

TLDR: If you are searching for a company that humanely handles animals larger than your average mouse, look no further. Beast is the best in the business. Last fall, we heard crunching sounds coming from the attic and noted squirrels coming in and out of a vent on the highest peak on the building. Soon after, phone lines were mysteriously severed in the attic and the crunching got louder and louder. I called a pest control company who then referred me to Beast. I spoke with Louise who said that my description of the noise was likely the squirrels. Nick from Beast came to the office for a thorough inspection of the building. He showed me exactly where the squirrels were coming in, how they managed to chew through a pvc pipe to gain entry and exactly how much damage they did to the attic. After I embarrassed myself trying in vain to get the squirrels to leave on their own accord (AC/DC full blast in the attic, remote control squad car roaming the insulation in the attic, obnoxious blinking/bouncing ball tossed in the attic), I relented and hired Beast to help. That was a good call. We agreed on an exclusion system, which essentially squirrel proofs vulnerable areas on the roof but leaves one exit for them to leave. Once they are out, they cannot gain reentry. Traps are set near the exit to allow the squirrels to be relocated. The problem that was immediately apparent was that the squirrels’ preferred exit was atop the highest peak on the building which meant that I would need to access that area daily to check any traps. (I had no intention of harming the squirrels and Nick honored that request. I set up a feeding station and squirrel homes in the trees on the property in the hopes they’d just move into their dedicated homes once they were out of the attic). Nick came up with the funniest but most practical resolution to this problem-The Legendary Squirrel Slide. This was several PVC pipes held together at angles that allowed the squirrels to descend to the ground and directly into a live trap. I’ve attached a picture. It was not only a practical solution, it made our office building a neighborhood sensation and puzzled all who tried to guess at its function, including the Fire Inspector during a surprise inspection. It looked funny but it was extremely effective to provide our attic dwelling squirrels a safe escape that did not involve me climbing a ladder in the dead of winter. I have no reservations about recommending Beast. We continue to hire them to monitor the building now that the squirrel slide is down. The building is mostly cedar and, apparently, wildlife believe cedar buildings are simply delicious. I know who to call.

Amazingly thorough and professional! Nick and Gavin did a wonderful job taking care of a very pesky and persistent set of squirrels who had chewed a hole into our attic and were having a party. Take it from me. Don’t mess around with any of the competitors. Will the other companies claim they’ll resolve your squirrel problem? Yes. But will they provide the same excellent service and do the same type and quality of work? Nope. I know this first hand. Save yourself the headache and money. Go right to BEAST. If you’re worried about the cost, this is one area where I can confidently say that you get what you pay for. Although I hope to never need BEAST’s services again, I’d use them again in a heartbeat. They seem to be the only company that will actually place traps at the very site of the problem (even if it’s three levels up) and ensure the issue is resolved. Once they’ve addressed the pest problem, they’ll seal up the problem area in a top-notch fashion and take care of any other potential problem areas. Highly recommend! Thanks, Nick and Gavin!
