Description Appointments required. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept new clients due to limited days, staff, space and resources. So sorry. Walk-ins not recommended. We are a small animal general practice, treating dogs and cats. Please check our hours on google/yelp, no facebook or other websites. Please contact other local clinics to see if they can help. If not, the nearest Animal Emergency Center is in Victorville, for weekend/overnight emergencies (Ph: 760-962-1122). For specialists/daytime emergencies, call VCA CVS hospital - Ontario (Ph: 909-947-3600). E-mail: isacompanion@yahoo.com only for record transfer/refills/advise on ongoing treatment of existing patients, when we are closed/phones are unattended. Thank you for understanding.

I called to make an appointment for two stray cats to get fixed the girl was so rude the whole phone call I refuse to take my pets there even strays. All strays I love so much the one on the left is tazzy the middle one was wondering the parking lot of a motel wet on the rain eyes glued shut his name is Noah last on the right also a stray he is the boss we named him Michael. I take care of 16 cats at a Barstow motel

Isa is the best place in Barstow to take your pets. The veterinarian Dr. Naveen and his staff are amazing with our furbabies. Very knowledgeable and helps in times of trouble when you need your furbabies to be seen right away. So glad we went there and have continued to go there. If there were more than 5 stars I would give them.

Dr. B & staff are AMAZING. They are a small clinic but mighty and in my opinion, the backbone of animal healthcare in Barstow. They are kind and flexible. There have been many times I’ve called with an issue and they got me in at a reasonable time. Dr. B is very caring and thorough. A truly amazing vet. I bring my dog here and my cat. Dr. B takes time to explain test results and what they mean, he even follows up days or weeks later if he comes to a new understanding about the results. I’ve never felt rushed once in their office and I know I can be annoying with a 1000 and one questions. I also appreciate how responsive the Dr is via email. The front office ladies are very sweet and kind. I truly hope ISA stays here for a long time. They are desperately needed in this city and Dr. B is a remarkable vet and most definitely working in his calling. Kudos to the whole team! Thank you for taking care of Cinnamon, Tony, and Bruce.

STAY AWAY, extremely RUDE staff. I was given multiple wrong estimates to have a cat spayed. We also asked if they cut two small mats out of her hair. We were then charged 50.00 for a "grooming fee" that was not part of the estimate. 50.00 for two small marks that took probably 1 min. When we called to inquire about it, the "manager" was extremely rude and actually hung up. please STAY AWAY

Simply went to the clinic to inquire about switching my dogs allergy meds and to follow up with the transfer of medical record. Explained to doctor that his original med seems to work better for my dogs allergies but would not switch them because it was not on record . I told him medical records were sent and receptionist has the paperwork. Not my fault that they did not communicate. Doctor did not take the time to look at record and his response was ; he will no longer except any more dogs and going forward will not be filling his life time meds. My dog needs daily medication or she will not survive. This Doctor has no compassion or empathy and thru my observation...it's seems to be a hostile work environment . I have seen how he talks to his staff and they seem to be afraid of him. He called the cops and said I was being violent and abusive to his receptionist which was a lie. Told officer they have cameras to view and witnesses as proof that I was not voilent and or abusive. And Ladies...shame on you as well for lying as well to protect your Boss . Reporting this Doctor to the Vet board and requesting investigations of his business practices. This was my experience but may not be the same as yours. And to also mention that they refused to give me a copy of medical records .... Hmm I'm sure VIDEO will be deleted after they see this review
