I adopted a senior dog from Albert's Dog Lounge and was very impressed with this organization and their foster. I was given full information on my rat terrier Blossom. At the time I picked her up I received all of her medical records and the free chip already inserted. They did a full physical and treated her skin from a bad flea infestation from poor care by previous owner. And cleaned her teeth. All I had to do was register the chip online, also free. As for Blossom, we had almost 4 full years together until she got cancer. She was already 14 when I got her so she had a good life and she made mine richer. She actually woke me up last year when I slept through a blood sugar alarm, so she could very well have saved my life, too!

Albert's Dog Lounge is a terrific senior & special needs dog rescue. They look out for, foster, and adopt out the special dogs so many others don't want. Their community of people and dogs are very unlike any others I've known.

Albert’s Dog Lounge is quite simply a god-send for senior animals (and of course their future forever families too!). There is simply few other rescue organizations focusing on wonderful Senior and special needs dogs who still have a lot of love to give and more than deserve a place to call their forever home. Everyone there is compassionate and caring and willing to work with you to find the right match. And they obviously take such good care of these dogs through foster families allowing them to prepare for adoption and identify their personality as well. I wish more people would look to adopt senior or special needs dogs instead of only looking at puppies, often in pet stores or at breeders where we cannot be sure of their care and attention. I cannot recommend Albert’s Dog Lounge enough and hope that you will check out their website and then call them. Sharing a few pictures of Mattie, our wonderful recently adopted dog from there. She’s been in our home for about 4 months and already has captured our heart. She also loves all of our visitors and friends too and is a part of our pack!!

Alberts Dog Lounge is unlike any other pet adoption we have worked with. 1. Mandy ,the founder of Alberts cares deeply about each and every dog she cares for. . Alberts Dog Lounge also cares about meeting the desires of the potential adopter was very responsive to our questions and application. They strive to match the right dog to the correct family!! There was another potential adopter ahead of our application looking at now our Miss Abby. For some reason they canceled saying they would look at her in 3 weeks?? We were notified immediately and we fell in love with this dog instantly. She became ours so comfortably. Application and now virtual home visit were handled perfectly. We did not have to sit on the edge of our chair waiting days for a response!! Highly recommend Alberts Dog Lounge dog adoption !!Fantastic rescue group!! When Mandy speaks you can believe every word as she cares!!!

They put down my foster dog while I was traveling and sh was staying with a co-foster, There was nothing wrong with her, they had mixed up the medical reports with another dog. They refused to even let me see her, refused to let me adopt her to give her a few last days of love. They were cruel and heartless in their responses and I will never, ever forgive them for what they did
