We brought our sweet girls Sophia and Skye Bear to be spayed. What a wonderful experience from the staff interactions to the new, clean clinic. The staff was amazing. They care about their patients, and are very gentle and loving. The vet was knowledgeable and no nonsense. Loved that! She explained everything and our girl’s surgeries went well/ recovery went smoothly! We appreciate their follow-up after surgery.

This amazing team jumped into action and saved my fading kitten. I dropped in without an appointment on a Friday after 5 pm, and they did not hesitate to assist. The doctor and staff are friendly and thorough. I highly recommend them.

Great experience. My normally skittish cat was comfortable and my questions and concerns were addressed immediately and helped give me peace of mind. The visit itself had little wait time to get started and when it did, it was fast and easy on my cat and it helped keep her more calm. I will be coming here with my other cats in the future!

Made an appointment over the phone and was guided through the process. Very quick and easy! Took my little guy to get vaccinated and get treatment for a cut on his hind leg. My experience here was great, my child was in good capable hands.

These people are awesome! They seem professional, but also very kind and not to mention, they so clearly care about the animals! My parents, brother and I rescued an Aussiedoodle this past weekend and while we had a vague idea of his past, not everything about his experience is known. He's the sweetest and most obedient of good boys... but apparently doesn't like to be groomed! Of course we didn't know this and because of some matting we tried to take him to the groomer for a shave down. I was called not five minutes later to tell me that he was snapping at the clippers and extremely stressed so they weren't going to continue grooming him... well Sulley came out half shaved, and not in a cool mohawk way. 😅 I was in tears because both my parents were busy so I was on my own with a half-shaved dog and an unexpected behavior to process! I called seven different vets in the Dallas area and all of them told me they didn't do sedated shave downs and to try different places. Finally I happened to see the sign for this location and called. The front desk staff was so kind and reassuring to me and told me they could get him in in two days! I ended up going in to finish scheduling the appointment and the people at the front desk were so attentive and kind, especially since I was freaking out a little bit. (I think it was Dr. Ashley and Angie..? I was a little stressed so I forgot names!) Well they ended up telling me that we could do Sulley's exam that day and I was able to go back with him while they did the exam where they ended up being comfortable enough to take him back and try shaving him down there... the same day! I later found out they were understaffed that day but they still took him. I was also made aware that he was missing two very important vaccines and they got him all vaccinated and shaved by the end of the day... and at a pretty darn affordable price all things considered! The vibe is so amazing and I really appreciated the communication and tolerance for all of my questions, as well as being straightforward about the pricing. Granted, it's only been one visit.. but I'm going to go ahead and switch over our other two dogs to give this vet a try instead of Banfield. Either way, they saved poor Sulley from matting and dog park humiliation.. and helped ease my worries too! Thank you guys so much!! 😁
