Horrible service, they don't care about your pet, all they care is about getting you overpriced. They will overcharge you, they do not work with the prices of the hospital but with the prices that the personnel do put on your wallet. They will steal your money and will send you home with a $ 1000 bill for 1 day consultation only. There are so many other places to go. This hospital do steal innocent people bc they knew that you will pay for your beloved pet. Not to mention that the service is horrible. They will immediately Walk you out once you tell them about the price. Runaway

When we moved to Forney eight years ago, we needed to find a new veterinarian that was not only good, but one we could trust with our furbabies. Dr. Chambless at VCA Forney (Forney Animal Hospital) came very highly recommended. During our first visit, it became clear why. Over the years, Dr. Chambless and his team continue to show true care for our pets and professionalism for us. The team at the front desk are the first impression. Shelly and Natasha do a fantastic job! They always greet you with a smile, whether in person or on the phone, and do their best to help you. We've also had the pleasure of dealing with several of the vet techs. Whether it's someone new or one of the regular technicians, ALL of the vet techs do a wonderful job making your pets feel comfortable. You can tell pets are their passion. Then, there are the veterinarians. From the very beginning, we have been extremely impressed with Dr. Chambless. His experience with "all things pet" has been very beneficial. After adopting a few pets with special medical circumstances, his knowledge made all the difference. He explains each condition and your options in a way that makes it easy to understand, but is also available for any questions or concerns you may have later. This team works together to ensure a positive experience for you and your pet. They are the best!

We own 2 labs, 1 American bulldog,& 1 Maltese. The DR.'s here are VERY knowlegable,friendly & REALLY CARE! THE staff is always helpful, friendly & awesome! The Facility is always VERY CLEAN! They performed Emergency surgery on my lab when he cut his side open on my trailer,saving his life! They also performed Emergency surgery on my American Bulldog when she swallowed my kids stuffed animal whole,saving her life! Dr. Nix is incredibly awesome! We & the dogs LOVE HER! But so are all the doctors and staff here. They always call and check on are dogs after any procedure and send postcards and email reminders when shots are due. I highly recommend this place for ANY/ALL your pets needs!

VCA just ripped my family off. My dogs were there for boarding at the Forney location. At no point in time did they ever say my dogs needed an exam and vaccinations. I dropped my dogs off and signed paperwork thinking this is normal paperwork. When my wife went to pick them up we had to pay an additional 300 dollars for services we did not ask for. At no point during scheduling or drop off did they say anything. I think this is shady business practice and you all should be ashamed of yourselves. No refund or trying to make this right.

Highly recommend FAH, doctors and staff are AMAZING! So caring and they just love on my fur babies, Dr. Chambless has been caring for my fur babies since they were 6wks he's VERY knowledgeable and informative. I wouldn't go anywhere else. FAH is home for my sweet boy and silly girl for all there medical needs.
