Terrible. Just plan terrible and disrespectful. My brother and father adopted dog. Within the first few hours of having rescue the dog slipped off its collar during walk. No one stated dog needed harness for walks or that it was a flight risk. They had a harness but did not think it was necessary. The rescue was notified immediately. Unfortunately, when the rescue did capture the dog they did not inform my Dad or brother. They both were still searching for dog and unbeknownst to them the dog was in safe hands. They have refused to answer calls and communicate in any way. They still have my Fathers $300 check. This dog was to give my 90yr old father some companionship. If anything it has caused him alot of undue stress. Never in his life has he been treated this bad.

The volunteers are quite impolite. I filled several applications. I was denied at first that I agree to declaw the kitten. After I read through the articles they sent me, I know declawing is bad for cats and will not declaw cat and fill several applications. I also reached them on FB and ind and asked to see the kitten in person. I did not mean to do anything bad. But they just reply my email several days later and in a quite impolite way, nor mention the reason why I was denied or if I can see the kitten in person. There is no way for me to call them, only through email and application. I understand you are doing great to save animals, but please also be kind to anyone who wants to adopt them. Thank you!

Ive tried contacting them so they can find 7 kittens a home . They wont reply . Im trying to the right thing so they go to good homes . I emailed them so many times . I took a mom cat in to help raise the babies .

Very disappointed 😞 Had to many excuses as to why it wasn't a good fit. I think the lady wanted to keep the dog. I use to work for a rescue and this rescue is way to picky .
