Our city contracts with Orange County Humane Society in HB. We visited today for an adoption event, and the manager Rose was so helpful. We went home with a new friend.

Dr. David is amazing! He promptly operated my Misty for bladder stones removal. The surgery went well and he saved my dog's life. It's been 3 weeks now and she is doing amazing! She is full of life again!! Lol... The ladies at the front desk are also amazing! They took such great care of her before, during and after surgery. We are so thankful for everyone at AAA Animal Hospital. They are wonderful, work very hard, are so busy and I respect them very much. Thank you Doctor Contestine and everyone for your dedication. I give this place a big 5 stars for sure!!!!

Could not belive what I encountered here. I brought a dog here that was roaming streets a female with a lot of nakeup approached me at front desk who i found out later was office manager, literally interrogated me as to why it took me so long to get from point A -dog found to point B - shelter. definitely not the right person for the job PERIOD! To top if off i found out owner and Dr at hospital next door would not take my complaint after calling and leaving a number of messages. Shame on you! Dog was not accepted. Horrible practice I would never recommend this place and am taking further action.

Great place with friendly staff. These people give all their time and effort to take care of these pups. All these negative reviews are only hurting the animals that need the help most. Really disappointing to see someone give one start because they were on hold for too long. It’s a great place and we need more shelters like this to help with all the terrible people giving away their dogs.

My daughter Adopted a beautiful male dog and the first day of getting home, the dog has worms alive in his feces, we called immediately the very first day and this Humane Society, The employees and the supervisor will not get rid of the worms For us!! This is disgusting and a horrible way to treat people that are rescuing animals! I don’t even think this is legal to send home dogs with worms and parasites!!! We are livid and not stopping until this is resolved!! I suggest you rescue from somewhere else if you want a Healthy dog when you get home!!!

So grateful for this place. Had it not been for them I prob never would have been reunited with my best friend. I can't imagine my life without my puppy & I'm forever grateful to them.
