Great location and information about the sea life of the Keys. NOAA works hard to maintain the sanctuaries. Ensure you head out back and check the NOAA memorial for those who have dedicated their lives to the sanctuaries or have lost their lives within them.

This is a very nice and educational spot to check out when you're visiting the beach. They have aquariums and all sorts of exhibits about the environment. Its also a very nice place to cool down in the heat and they have a movie theater in the back as well. Check it out as its also free.

Went in to find restrooms but I was surprised to find out there's a whole exhibit inside for the reef and the preservation of the Keys. They have some cool sea critters like lionfish and coral, and the information was pretty interesting, especially given the free entrance. The people working here are very nice and helpful as well.
