Goodluck trying to get ANY assistance. We have an animal with a life threatening condition and they refuse help. You can see raw flesh on the animal and they basically told us to let it die off. Better off taking it somewhere out of town, they won’t help you.

I had recently written a review regarding Steve, but apparently they honesty was not appreciated and he has since deleted my review so here I am again. STEVE IS A JOKE. He has no issues with playing favoritism and bending the rules to fit his agenda. I was bit by the neighbors dog back in December. Steve responded to the incident and took the neighbors side telling me that the bite did not seem like a big deal and I shouldn’t seek medical attention despite breaking skin and causing nerve damage/scarring. He absolutely refuses to enforce a court order for the neighbors to erect a 6ft safety fence. (Not doing so could result in criminal charges on their end) Steve has even gone as far as trying to intimidate and use threats towards me and my dog when responding to my calls and concerns about the neighbors dogs trying to escape their yard. I expect this review to be removed as well, but STEVE SHEARER IS A JOKE. He has no actual concern for the safety of others. Just a tired old man who can’t be bothered.
