We absolutely love our kitten we adopted yesterday! (Formally Hank, now Phineas) volunteers were absolutely amazing on making sure the kids didn’t pick up the babies (they just got fixed). They help me determine the right kitten because they knew the personalities. Front desk lady was also very helpful, quick and fun. Thank you for our new family addition.

Adopting our first family puppy was quick and easy. The staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They even sent us off with a care package that included some toys, a carrier and food. It was an excellent experience all around and I would highly recommend this shelter to anyone looking to adopt a pet.

It was a horrible sad day for myself and my family today. We unfortunately had to put down one of our dogs today due to age issues. I have to say that the 3 female employees showed compassion towards my family as well as our dog. We were treated with upmost respect and understanding of our sadness. We thank you.

This is a great shelter and they provide good customer service. Just be sure to understand the adoption process and there is a virtual line you need to sign up for, so the earlier you sign up, the more likely you are to get you pet you have your eye on. I adopted my current dog here.

If it wasnt for this place, he'd probably b gone or hurt..My Dog, Buddy of 6 years ran away from home thru hole in Bartow county(45 minutes) & he was gone for almost 2 weeks. After so many postings a lady who worked here contacted us saying she thinks she has our Buddy. They held off the adoption to try to reach us & she said I think I found his owners. They took real good care of him &he was estatic getting to c us again. So if it wasn't for this place we wouldn't have our family member home, Buddy.. they even did microchip so anyone can check but I'll b honest if found in bartow they wouldn't even try to check for micro. & apparently the 1st person who picked him up tried to take to Bartow shelter &they denied it &told to just drop him back off where found.So we're blessed for this care to him! Thank y'all so very much!!

This is the CLEANEST and NICEST shelter I've been in. They truly care for their animals and adoption fees are reasonable. I adopted 1 year old Jethro. I was looking for a kitten for a friend and ended up taking home this guy.
