I took my 5 yo lab/chow mix to get flea and tick meds since I just moved to some wooded land, and to get her nails clipped (of which she is TERRIFIED). I’ve tried a few times on my own and a couple of times with other vets and she’s been turned away by them or pushes my hands away to prevent me from doing anything. I’ve taken her to Eubanks twice for her nails now, and both times they were so gentle and caring with her, but also quick so as not to draw it out. She wasn’t wagging for joy, but both times she was a LOT more calm and still, only slightly whimpering and trembling versus the dramatic death of Juliet scene she portrays all the other times. Dr. Wiener and his staff are incredible! They ask comprehensive questions to fully understand the state of health your pet is in, always very gentle and make the whole process easy and reassuring, and of course there are many head pets, belly scratches, and treats galore! The absolute best veterinary service you could ever ask for!

DO NOT BRING YOUR HUSKY HERE!!!! We brought our Husky here to get groomed for the summer, and despite instructions on the contrary, the groomer took it upon themselves to shave his entire coat. My girlfriend was speechless when they brought him out. And of course the front desk had us pay before we were able to see the dog. We are beyond disappointed and have to take further measures to make sure he will be okay. When we tried calling back for clarification and questions for his future care, we were told the groomer had left for the day. We called less than thirty minutes after picking him up.

Vet and all staff are friendly, supportive, and knowledgeable. Vet explains everything and makes the visit very comfortable. Great puppy side manner! :-)

Lil Rick loves it there. And so does my old Tom Joe, who is very people shy. They are both extremely comfortable with the doc and staff. Lil Rock gets so excited when he goes there,wouldn't go anywhere else. True animal people they are. Highly recommend.
