I took my puppy here for the first time and I got an overall respectful experience. The staff are very kind and cheerful, and I had multiple conversations with the customers around me. Everyone treated each other with respect. My puppy (Nala) is only 4 months old and is a Shiba Inu. They tend to hate other dogs and being restrained, but no one judged me for my dog getting a bit feisty (as long as I held her down!). I had Dr. Rogers, and he was a very great veterinarian. He worked on my puppy very quickly and made sure she was comfortable. We were in and out within 40 minutes. Thank you for the lovely experience and thank you for keeping my puppy safe!

Always get amazing service when I need to bring my animals into this veterinary office. I have seen both Dr. Rogers and Dr. Hicks and they are both very knowledgeable and spend time explaining and listening to your concerns. Just recently my dog had been vomiting for a few days and when I called early on a Monday morning they were quickly able to squeeze us in. I always feel like they are not there to nickel and dime you but can honestly see that they have a true compassion to not only help animals but also the pet owners as this can always be a stressful situation. I have to also give a shout out to the technicians as well because they were all so amazing and friendly who also share that same compassion. The staff that are at the front desk are always so welcoming and handle speaking with customers in office and on the phone very well. I will continue to bring my animals to this office.

I have been searching for a new vet for my cat for a while and so glad I found Eastmoor Animal clinic! They were wonderful to work with! The front desk staff were so easy to work with and made me feel welcome from the moment I called to when I came in & checked out. The nurse/assistants were great and the vet was too. The pricing was very reasonable and the service was excellent. They were so good with my cat... and so quick with her shot, she didn't even catch them at it. ;-) It was a huge relief to find a vet & clinic I can trust again. This will be my vet going forward.

I brought my baby boy in and all they cared about was money in test. Then I went in a room them knowing how bad he is only cared about paperwork/money for cremation. I never got to say good bye like they said. Then over a week I call and they tell me they didn’t get his paw print before cremation my last thing of him. All I got was a card and a refund of the cremation and the paw print they were supposed to do. They DEPRIVED ME on my last two Precious moments with my sweet baby. If you have a pet that you’re concerned about their health or needs attention; Please rethink going here! They’re more concerned about money and paperwork.

Always excellent service! Have been bringing my baby here since 2021. My baby Hazel was always needing a cleaning, but we were told at another clinic that if she went under anesthesia, there would be a possibility she would not wake up. But Dr. Rogers assured us that Hazel would be just fine. The day came for her surgery, and this momma was very nervous. 4 hours later, we received a call that everything was fine and Hazel was waking up! Thank you to the doctors and staff for making sure Hazel was well accommodated! ❤️

Took our basset hound in, and we were looking at possible cancer. After getting the blood work back, they double checked the results, and discovered one of the results didn't make sense. Ran the blood work again and we are no longer looking at cancer. Got some meds and dog is back to his old self. The professionalism is second to none! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
