I love the selection and customer service. Sure wish we had even a smaller version of this excellent pet store in Cave Junction. Would save me 35 miles each way. I know they'd do well here, as all there is for pets is small aisle in the grocery store and Dollar General. Because of this, the selection and quality food is sorely lacking in my community.

A hometown pet store with a personal touch. Very nice people, obviously helping returning customers based on their ticket system if you're a member. If you're not familiar with this system, returning customers purchase a ticket/card with a predetermined amount or for specific items at specific price points and every purchase equals a total amount of punches in your ticket/card. Otherwise, just make a purchase like normal.

Some of the associates at the store on 6th street are extremely rude . I came in on a Monday and was not greeted the two woman that were working continued there conversation and continued to ignore me . I will not go back . This is not the first time this has happened with on woman in particular. She had medium length blonde curly hair .

Has lots of very interesting things you can’t find at other pet stores but the price there is ridiculously expensive. Especially for food and toys and get a way better deal somewhere else

Brought neighbor lady in to get deer feed, and they went and got the 2- 50# Bags and wheeled them out to the car for us. Excellent service and very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!
