I called about someone disposing a mangled deer carcass outside some apartment doors. The woman who answered the phone was extremely unhelpful, even giggled at the situation. She said she didn’t think they could get the truck over there to pick it up. Lady, it’s a deer not a dinosaur - how big Can this truck be? After telling her multiple times that they would be able to fit the truck, she told me to call the dump. She obviously didn’t want to do her job and it’s a shame that she’s even employed under the environmental sector. She lacks total compassion and should find another job that doesn’t deal with living beings.

Very disappointed right now. I've attempted to call about a huge dog on the loose several times today and someone answered and the phone "hung up". Now noone will answer and the voice messaging cuts you off at 2 seconds and won't recognize your option to re-record. Somebody better come get their dog...
