If I could rate higher, I would. Though the team at PETS Emergency Hospital saved our dog’s life, I’d think just as highly of them if she hadn’t made it. The care and compassion that they showed to our pup AND our family, their thorough and frequent communication, their flexibility, and their no-judgement attitudes made a stressful situation into a manageable one. Dr. Dunn and Dr. Roman both were so wonderful. They made time to update us regularly but also took our calls and answered questions at all hours. Every vet tech was friendly and kind. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. As a side note, I was pleasantly surprised by the prices but maybe that’s because I’ve paid more for emergency vet services before and I work in the emergency medical field so it makes sense to me why an emergency medical service is more expensive than a regular vet clinic. I have read many of the negative reviews and most of them are upset about fees - sorry to say, but no business runs on hopes and dreams. The staff here proves through their actions that their work is meaningful to them - but they can’t be there without money to run the place. People, use your heads. It isn’t money grubbing. It’s reality.

This place is a joke and doesn’t care about animals at all. They are money hungry. My family brought our dog in after she swallowed a rock and told us that our options were a 10 thousand dollar surgery that had a 50/50 chance of working or to put her down. The nurse, Maddy, was a wonderful lady and actually cared. She felt for us and wanted to help us the best she could. The doctor came into the room and told us our options and had the audacity to try to make jokes and laugh. It didn’t feel like she actually cared, or that she even wanted to help. We called again the talk about my dog shaking after being given the medication. And the lady on the phone told us “I don’t know want to tell you” and honestly didn’t want to be on the phone to help. The doctors here do not care about animals health, all they want is money. We took her to the actual vet and told us that she should’ve been put on antibiotics when she first came in. They failed us. DO NOT BRING YOUR ANIMALS HERE.

This place was fantastic! They got me in right away. They made me feel very comfortable with my decisions that had to be made with my fur baby. Dr. Lee Is so professional, and absolutely amazing !! Sammy is the perfect face for this company. She’s so friendly, funny and so professional and will do her best to keep you calm any situation. I can truly say I really appreciated them both.. Thank you so much! Between Sammy and Lee, they make the perfect team from what I saw!! I will recommend this hospital to Anyone.. And considering the circumstances being an emergency situation, the price was very reasonable!!

Both of my girls managed to injure themselves in the exact same spot, after hours of course. The team at PetsEmergency were amazing in how they handled my pups and were very upfront about the delays in getting the girls seen. It seemed like every pup in town needed to be seen that night, but the care team triaged everyone and did just as they should have by taking priority cases first. I ended up waiting for about 2 hours but I’m very thankful that the team followed protocol. I would have been devastated had another pup or cat not gotten the help they needed when mine could have waited. The care team apologized numerous times for my wait time even though they didn’t need to. The cost for treatment is high and I wish there were a way for that to be a little lower, but they are an after hours emergency vet, so I understand that part too. It might be nice though if the owners would set up a pay it forward account though. Everyone loves their pets, but not everyone can afford an ER visit and it sucks having to make the call on treatment or putting your furry friend down because you can’t afford the visit. I’d be happy to donate to a program like that. Overall very happy with how my girls were looked after and how the care team handled everything.

We brought our Husky in for a visit and everyone was great! From the moment we arrived she was treated as if she was part of their own family. All the procedures were explained beforehand and they made us feel comfortable with every decision. I know pet emergencies are almost as scary as when our children have them, now with having both I’m glad we found the staff here at PETS Emergency Hospital. They definitely made lifelong patients out of our family.

They were able to see my dog right away and provide a correct diagnosis almost immediately. While the cost of the office visit is double a regular vet visit, it was as expected for emergency services and was explained to me on the phone as well as with signage upon check in. All procedures were explained in detail along with pricing. I felt they were extremely transparent! Just like a visit to the ER doesn't cost the same as a checkup with your doctor, it shouldn't be expected to be different with animal care. Otto is doing well, and while we hope to not have need of emergency treatment again, we would return if needed!
