Vanessa, I don't work or have ever been there. I came across this page and your review after looking up some options for a friend who is living with domestic violence. I am a Healthcare worker, though. I can 100% tell you many, many reasons why information isn't given about someone. If a victim of domestic violence is going there to seek help and safety, would she want information about whether she is there or not given to someone "inquiring" about her? It could be the person is having a sister call so he can be there when she walks out in the morning and kill her. Not to mention there are laws that protect someone seeking refuge in a center like this. IF that person wants to talk to you, they will call YOU. I mean it's absolutely mind blowing to me that this isn't common sense! Maybe THINK or CONSIDER the reasons WHY you can't get info before leaving a negative review......or even look into it beforehand.

I tried calling to see if someone showed up there because as of right now he is missing he left for work yesterday and never made it to work or came home. The lady on the phone was very rude and wouldn't even give me a simple yes or no. I'm worried sick and this is supposed to be a Christian facility. How when you have people worrying? Instead of a simple yes or no. I even explained that I will be reporting him missing as of tomorrow morning and she said she don't even have to tell authorities if he's there. So they are above the law I guess too.

They take tou from the recorce center to the church where you sleep at about 9pm,You have to wake up at 6:30am and go back to the resource center. The men and women sleep separately(for couples). You have to find a job within a week if you don't have one or you get kicked out. Evreyone is assigned chores at night time around 7pm and you have to do them. The staff dosent care that your trying and it may take a little over a week to find a job, they will pack your things and throw you out if you don't have one.

I was given the opportunity to get my life back on track with the shelter. All the staff members are terrific. They were great with everyone in the program. I thank them all for giving me the opportunity to believe I people again. I believe they are a wonderful asset to our county.

Straight always been rude, can't count on them to b civil let alone employees with respect. They think they are always better than someone n run when they get confronted.
