A guy that we knew wasn’t feeding his dogs for maybe a month or two and they ran to our property cause they have lived here before. We called actuall animal control and said they would pick the dogs up and put them into the shelter. We called the shelter and told us to give back the dogs even though they were getting neglected. People are so stupid now a days and need to learn that dogs deserve a real home. It’s not the first time either. This is the 3rd or 4th time these dogs have gone to our house wanting food. Cannot believe these people.

Animal control was called SEVERAL times about stray puppies but they never took action. I did their job for them and rescued the puppies. My actions where welcomed with hate, lies, and rudeness. They have the WORST customer service, no empathy, and lack of compassion. The people who work for animal control can not be trusted, they will lie right to your face. They can't do the job they were hired for and trick honest people into giving over pets they want to keep. If you have to deal with these people give ZERO!!!!! Information to them. DO NOT ANSWER THEIR QUESTIONS, they are not cops! They are just sad angry people who look to have control over other people's lives.

My neice's dog was picked up because he got out of the backyard. She's in her early 20's works and takes care of her 3 kids. Because she could not pay the fees to get him out she was forced to sign over her dog. What kind of heartless facility is this? They would rather have more dogs then to work with the dogs owner? The man I tried to speak with talked over me the entire conversation. He was rude. He said he even wrote himself a ticket when his dog got out. What happened that you take the dog back to its owner and let them know with a warning. Do people forget what it's was like starting out in life? How short funds were just to pay bills and buy food. Shame on this facility.

Received a card in the mail stating we needed to license our puppy but we were already late (our first issuance of mail). When we called to pay the fee for being late is more than it states on the card we were given. This is a shakedown for 50$?
