Shelby is such a caring person, and I know my fur baby was in good hands while I was out of town for a few weeks. Shelby listened to my concerns about my anxious pup, and spoiled her rotten 🤣 I'll be sending Neo there the next time I'm out of town. Shelby is the best!

Dogtown was perfect! We needed a safe place for a rescue pup to board until it was time for foster care to begin and found Dogtown Bed & Biscuit. Shelby and Charlotte are extreme dog lovers and provided him with the best care during his stay. He was able to play indoors during inclement weather and also able to roam and play in the outdoor play yard at various times throughout the day so he wasn't just hanging out in his kennel area for long periods of time.Very pleased with our experience and would recommend Dogtown to anyone looking for a safe, fun and enriching environment for their pups home away from home.

They charged us for 2 cages when our year old and 8 month old pups shared one cage. My Boston's came home with fleas. Never had a flea before. Very frustrating to pay 20$ to have a 17 lb dog groomed, who's eyes run, and nothing was used to whiten the tear stains. 😢 This place was a mistake we won't make again! Almost 400$ for 4 days. Plus we brought the food. Every time I called up there, there was either no answer, or I could hear my puppy schreeching in the back. He only does that when in distress!

The staff here is so nice and caring. My dog always has a good time. Love that they've been renovating to make it better for the pups. I also love that they have all they play here. Best price in town & you can trust they are having fun!

I am so grateful for Ms Shelby and her mother Ms Charlotte, I had gotten myself into a situation where I couldn't be with my loving best friend itty bitty the pretty kitty.. they took such good care of her, and she was just one minute away from me. I will always recommend this place to anyone!

We needed a place for our dachshund Tia to stay for a few hours to get her nails trimmed & bathed. The ladies was so nice. Tia was treated like a queen. Thank y'all so much for taking care of her.
