I went to work there one day, quit within one hour. The place was disgusting and the dogs were sitting in their own poop, barely any disinfectant was used, and when I tried to scrub poop off of the bottom of one of the kennels, I went to go throw away my paper towels and went to come back with new ones and a lady was already wiping it down just barely and put it back in the kennel with poop still on it. The place had dirty water all over the floor and all we did was shake out the beds and sweep. The manager, Tracy, who was training me was extremely rude and mean to me, would get mad at me for asking questions, and would give me confusing orders. One time she told me to feed the dogs that had blankets, so I went to feed one of the dogs and had a question about the feeding process, she looked over and got mad and said “don’t feed them!!”. I was confused so I just started putting down waters, eventually Tracy came back over and asked me why I wasn’t feeding them. The place is very unorganized and filthy. I went to take the dogs out into the yard and realized the yards were covered in poop and some poop had worms in it. When a dog wouldn’t come to me and go in its respective yard Tracy yanked it by the collar to come to me and yelled at it. Eventually, Tracy ended up screaming at me because one dog got into another’s yard, which I had no idea how because other staff members said that all gates are locked, it was a very small weenie dog so it probably ended up getting under the fence. I ended up coming up to Tracy on the verge of tears after being screamed at and said “I don’t think I can do this.” She told me “ok go.” So I did. Luckily the receptionist was very nice and checked up on me and continued to talk to me to help me calm down from absolutely sobbing. I’m really disappointed because I love dogs and would do anything to make sure they’re okay, I was excited for this job because I’ve had a job like this before, where it was much more clean and organized. But here I felt like there was no training, and that I was thrown in sink or swim. I would advise not to bring your dog here unless you want them to come back to your home scared or sick. Don’t work here period.

Our fur baby has anxiety and does not do well with in home sitters while we are gone. We tired this place out in hopes that it would be the perfect fit for him. Drop off was swift and easy, they were tender and got scooby comfortable with them to go back into the kennels. Pick up was a breeze, scooby was well mannered and seemed to enjoy his stay. I will most definitely use them again in the future!

Will not be returning despite how convenient this facility is. We dropped off our dogs at 5p on Friday, they were picked up by 4:30 Sunday and they were fed 3 times while at the facility and given a bath (to which is an option on the sheet however there was zero discussion of oh by the way it’s xyz $ Amount)….they charged us for 3 FULL DAYS and billed us over $250! $250 for less than 48 hours of boarding and 2 baths which can be given at home for free. Poor quality customer service and no desire to reconcile the complaint upon receiving the call. Will travel further just to receive higher quality of care without being excessively over charged

I've visited multiple groomers in the area and my experiences led me to try grooming my baby by myself because I was so frustrated. The moment I entered Doggie Doors they were super sweet and loving towards my baby. The grooming job was exactly what I wanted and they finished within a decent timeframe. I will definitely be returning

I had my golden retriever in for a grooming last week. He looks great! However, afterwards I noticed he was all itchy and blistering on his back. After taking him to the vet, it was determined he got post grooming furunculosis (caused by bacteria from shampoo bottles), which caused an $80 grooming visit into another $250 worth of antibiotics No big deal, it happens. I give no judgment on an accident. However, we did give them a call after the vet visit just to give them a heads up so they can track down the shampoo bottle used to throw away, and did get a little attitude back from a gal on the phone. We love small businesses and we’re just trying to do them a solid to keep an eye out, but the feedback wasn’t taken too well. I probably wouldn’t have given the 2 star review if it wasn’t for the attitude. Great haircut. A little leery on the safety of the cleaning supplies. We will most likely give them another chance because accidents happen.

My Pomeranian has received excellent care, attention and grooming here for the past 4 1/2 years. There are facilities, groomers, boarders closer to where I live. Doggie Doos continues to be worth the drive. Belle seems to enjoy her stays. Their prices are reasonable and cleanliness is excellent. Even though I’m a long standing client, I am expected to keep her vaccines in compliance just like everyone to protect the health of all. Not bending rules is what keeps everything in top notch condition. Thanks for caring for her like she was your own.
