This clinic is amazing! I have a 12 year old cat who I brought in for a dental exam and cleaning. We knew he needed some major work done, and had taken him to our regular clinic first. They quoted us over $1500 dollars, so I wanted a second opinion. The staff at Aspen Companions & Exotics Animal Clinic was very knowledgeable, helpful, and so sweet to our Jackson. They took such good care of him and at a fraction of the cost. I will not be going to our regular clinic again. I felt that Aspen really cared about our cat and us as well. They kept us informed throughout the surgery and consulted with us before they did any treatment. It was refreshing to have a clinic care more about our cat than the money.

We were visiting family in Fort Collins and our Westie developed a very bad cough. They got us in SAME day and provided EXCEPTIONAL care!! Our dog had pneumonia and they helped us get him feeling better. Cannot say enough good things about this clinic from start to finish!

Compassionate and caring vet! I take my two bunnies here and they have always been treated with quality care. Prices are very reasonable too. Dr. Dracono, is amazing. I moved out of the state and the records were so well done, it made procedures for my rabbits in the new state, so much smoother. Receptionist and nurses are sweet too. I really love everyone here.

Dr. Dracos and staff are proficient, compassionate, and extremely knowledgeable on exotic and companion animals. Prices for exotic care are the best in the state, and the veterinary care is also the best I've ever received, and I have worked in the Veterinary industry for the past 15 years. The skills this team possess are outstanding. I brought my russian tortoise and ball pythons for sick exams. The team at Aspen Companion provided the most amazing care. Big thanks to Dr. Dracos and Tim for your help with my reptiles. 10/10 recommend.

Went in on April 5, 2024 because my dog had an upset stomach and diarrhea. The assistant got all the details and the vet ultimately prescribed pills. They also collected for a fecal sample to check for parasites. They said they would get back to me on Monday, April 8. They never called. I had to call them on Monday, April 15 to get the results. I politely told the receptionist that I was disappointed that they did not call and tell me the results. She had an opportunity to give a brief apology, but did not offer one. I had also mentioned the weakness in my dog's front legs, but the vet never addressed it. The good news is that my dog felt better after the pills and the food additive. However, they should have kept their word, but instead they basically just forgot about telling me the results. These are small details, but they add up. I root for this little office to do well, but they will lose their clients/patients if they ignore the details.

I cannot say enough about this place!!! We have two kangaroos and fortunately They are very robust animals that rarely get sick. However, when they do, it is never a good thing and most often fatal. both of my kangaroos got very ill with all kinds of issues looking like they probably again would not make it because of doctor Dreco and her willingness to cooperate with other vets across the country tat may have more experience dealing in this breed, as well as her own research she did on her own accord not only is the little one being discharged today but his older brother turned the corner late last night and came hopping out of his shed. I can't explain the amount of love and caring that comes out of these people in the way they handle their animals and the people involved.
