Very rude employees & don’t know how to communicate. The manager when I spoke with her on the phone was very rude. I was upset because they were talking about killing my dog if we don’t come up with the money to get him out. Also the communication we experienced with the staff was terrible. Nobody was on the same page about anything and was telling us different things. The manager then told my husband (when he went in person to try and get our dog out) to hang up the phone on me which made me even more furious because who are YOU to tell anyone to hang up their phones let alone when they are showing signs of being overwhelmed & frustrated when saying you’re going to KILL my dog if we don’t come up with the money!! They don’t care about the animals just YOUR MONEY

We adopted a sweet boy in Feb and the adoption process and the people were top notch! I went to this shelter because these dogs need a second chance. The SPCA has the money and unlimited time to find their animals forever homes. These people are working with less resources and the animals are well cared for and deserve a chance for their forever homes. Our puppy Jet is spoiled, happy and healthy now. 🐾

I adopted my beautiful cat here , it came with a box , some toys and a blanket , they even told me what her favorite toy was. Very amazing place doing good things for animals that need it . Great people . Thank you !

We adopted our little poodle from the shelter right before COVID hit. She was a stray found wandering the back roads... She is pure sweetness and we couldn’t be more grateful to the kind souls that helped in the process!

The times I had to deal with the Mc shelters has been bad, they're more interested in the money than the animals.
