Dr Erak is an angel he has saved my stashyboo twice (2018 & 2023) with a growth/lump removal on his leg. Super understanding and will work with your fur baby like family and prices are beyond reasonable- COULD NOT SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS ABOUT THIS VETERINARIAN!;!! Below is before then after

I have a frenchie that has been going here since birth , I called a month ago and told them she is pregnant , they told me pricing of a csection and what signs to look for when she go into labor. The morning of labor I called at 8 and said hey I think she is in labor , the front desk lady said let me talk to the vet and call you back. i waited a hour and called her back she said she still hasnt talk to the vet . I told her it look like she is trying to push and mucous came out, but she was laying down . She said she has to be pushing for at least 30 mins before I can bring her . 1 hour later , she had push two frenchie puppies out . one died , I rush her there. we sat in the lobby for 15 mins before Dr ernik or whateverever his name came out and said I cant do a csection because my back is hurting . my dog was bleeding in his lobby and they sent me away. Told me to go to metvet , which it was 230 in the afternoon and they don't open til 6 . I ended up rushing her to the animal hospital on airport where she pushed out two more in my backseat. How could you turn her away , esp since yall been her vet since she was 8 weeks. I almost lost her , we ended up loosing 5 puppies. That vet is in the wrong field. that receptinoist need to be fired. If I could report them I would .

I highly recommend this place if you love your pets and want them to stay healthy. The entire staff is wonderful, kind, and caring. They interact very well with the patient(s). It's a small clinic but filled with love. Her is our big baby feeling better already.

We were passing thru and needed to get some vaccinations taken care of for our Boxer Mix, Cookie. The staff was great and did a fantastic job...they loved Cookie. Really appreciate them squeezing us in.

My phone interaction yesterday “Hey there I was calling to see if you offer baths at your clinic and how much?” “We just do baths. Nothing special.” “Okay can I get a price on it?” “Depends on your dog size.” “Okay I have a small dog and one that’s about 80#” “Ok we require rabies vaccine at last and you do know you can take them to petsmart for a bath at any time” “Uhhh… okay then how much are your baths??” “Well I’m not sure what small means but under 20# is $$ and for the 80# is $$ but I hope you don’t plan on bathing them for a while since we are going to have a cold snap here!!” OK I HEARD YOU, you don’t want business 😳😳😳

Cindy front desk worker is rude and don’t know her job, I came in twice and she thought she knew everything until I got to talk to doctor. Doctor y’all need a new person at front with good customer service other people probably don’t bring it to y’all attention and yall don’t know what she do cause yall in back. RUDE RUDE RUDE😡😡😡
