Description "We are a small animal veterinary clinic that prioritizes bonding with our patients and clients."
Very friendly staff. I had my Bengal spayed there and have been pleased with the care and concern they have. Also I like that they have a text message system that allows you to ask questions if you have concerns.
I don’t usually leave reviews but after a terrible vet experience at another clinic, I just had to leave an amazing review for this vet clinic. Dr Courtney & Mrs Candy were so sweet and genuine. They were very thorough, informative & attentive w everything I was dealing with w my puppies from their previous vet visit. I only brought 1 of my puppies in that needed care but will be bringing both my babies for their next visit soon. My pets are like my kids & I am grateful to see some people truly care for pets well being as I would. Overall great visit, was in & out quickly, place was clean & upkept & everyone was very friendly
Best veterinarian in mobile that I have had been to with my animals. They took care of all of my cats needs fast and didn't make up charges to get more money out of us and I like that alot.
They were timely, informative, helpful, and kind to pet. We have a puppy that is under one year. He had to be fixed earlier than expected. Through all the wellness appts and the surgery, I've never felt rushed and they all show my puppy so much love and attention. I highly recommend Animal Care Center of Mobile.
I cannot recommend Dr. Caddell enough! After shopping around for vets after moving to Mobile and not finding a connection, third times the charm! In October of 2022, I took my fur babies for their routine shots and always get my 10 year old Aussie a complete blood panel. Dr. Caddell noticed something was off with his liver levels, and referred me to Auburn Vet in Gulf Shores (also AMAZING people!!) I worked with them on getting ultrasounds, X-rays, and scans. When they needed just one more Xray, I was a little distraught at the thought of having to sedate my old man once again. He didn’t tolerate the sedation very well and wouldn’t eat for at least 24 hours after. Since Gulf Shores is a little bit of a drive away and it was only an Xray, I took him back to ACC. I explained to the front receptionist that my boy was behaved and would sit still for the X-ray, and then tried to explain again to Dr. Caddell when we went back that I didn’t want him sedated if we didn’t have to. She stopped me there, saying she remembered us and how well behaved my Oz was. She took him back, got the XRay, and he was back in 5 minutes. I knew at that moment she was different! Almost a year post op, my old man is thriving at 11.5 years old (: I’ve since moved away and only pray I can find another vet like Dr. Caddell! I also want to give kudos to Tracy at the front desk. She was always so welcoming and treated me and my fur babies with respect. I will definitely miss this team!
The staff here at ACC truly care. Dr knizley is so so knowledgeable, kind and professional. Dr Murphy and Dr Caldwell are wonderful doctors who care a lot aswell and are very helpful. Tracy at the front desk is so patient, understanding, and caring. Nothing is more important to me than my animals. This place I trust completely and the loving people who work there. Thank you all for taking great care of my babies
