I would rate zero stars if I could. So incredibly rude and unprofessional when I spoke to him on the phone to ask questions about my injured cat. What's the sense of being an on-call, emergency vet if you decline to help a pet in need?! Don't waste your time even considering going to him.

Dr Pease was the on call emergency vet for our vet today. Just what you need when you have an emergency is someone uncaring & rude. Basically told my partner there is nothing he can do and hung up on us. From other reviews I read this is common practice for him.

This is a Rock Star of a Vet, Absolutely a ROCK STAR, If you love your animals this is the vet for you. He treated my 17 yr old cat and took the time to explain so much to us about her care. We are forever grateful to him.

He was the emergency on call vet. Dr. Pease was very rude. Just asked what was wrong with my dog, then said “sounds like she has ____” then just went silent. Didn’t suggest anything to do. Basically sounded like he was irritated because he got an emergency call on a Sunday. He should not be a on call veterinarian if can’t do his job right. If I could give zero stars that would be my rating.

Was skeptical to come here because of the reviews, but we decided to check this place out anyways. This veterinarian is top notch and more knowledgeable on the practice than any vet I’ve ever taken my dog to. He was able to diagnose our pet and set us up with the correct treatment, while also explaining exactly what happened and why. I see a lot of bad reviews in regards to customer service and one thing I noticed is bad reviews based on what he will and won’t do for a customer when it comes to euthanizing a pet. People need to understand this is an animal hospital and is intended to help animals. We had no issues at all using this vet and he 100% knew his stuff. In the end it’s not about customer service, but the care available for your pets, and in this case, his knowledge on the subject is well above average, he is a professional and it shows. If you want quality, professional care for your animal this is the place to go.

Dr. Pease is an excellent veterinarian and I cannot recommend him more highly. He is ready, willing and able to deal with all sorts of dogs, even those that might cause others to run screaming for the hills (like mine!). If you are looking for a good veterinarian, who will care for your animal and charge you VERY reasonable prices, look no further!
