I am a previous client of Reidsan Dog Training center who did small group classes with my neopolitan mastiff several years ago when she was a puppy. I didn’t finish the group classes originally but as my girl is now a whopping 125lbs to my 5’3 stature I felt that we both needed to be retrained. Sadie Pink did the boarding and training to start off with and has since improved in pulling when walking and not taking off on me when off the leash. We are now on to small group classes so I can continue to work on what she learned during her boarding and training stay. Thank you Reidsan Training!!!

This place deserves 0 reviews! They lost my friends dog. The husband of this business attacked her she was very injured from what he had done. There was no remorse! For a paying costumer this is how they treat their clients, disgusting!!! Please please help my friend find her dog. No one should ever go through this. Do not take your dog here!

If I can give 0 starts to this company that’s what I would do. My black brindle Cane Corso that is one years old has gone missing within their care. They have no leads or explanations to how my dog went missing. They showed no remorse and never once apologized for this great loss. If anyone can please help me find my baby. I would greatly appreciate it! He is my life and he is somewhere scared or lost due to the negligence of these people. I believe my dog is in danger and may have been sold to a breeder due to his rare breed. Please help me get hades home it is posted all over social media of how this situation is going. Please help me get him back. Thank you

The owners of this facility “lost” (stole) my friends cane corso within 3 days of him being gone. They did not report him missing until he was already gone for an unknown period of time, telling her on the phone they don’t know anything about his disappearance. When she came in person, they denied her even dropping him off. They then proceed to change their story and say he must have gotten out, although the facility was enclosed in MULTIPLE GATES with no evidence of escape damage. They said their cameras happened to be off at that time and they don’t know where he is. They gave NO apology or condolences and as she pleaded for any information regarding her dog, the male owner got mad and ATTACKED her. After multiple days of searching, social media posts, and posters, her dog (10lbs lighter than the day she left him) was miraculously found outside the facility (although this area was searched heavily days before). During this entire period, NO apology was given, nor any sort of compensation. They continue to come up with new stories on what happened, avoiding taking accountability for their part in his (lack of) care. PLEASE DON’T leave your pets here.

The Cane Corso, Hades, was kept in Reidsan's care and has gone missing during the stay. They have no explanations as to why he went missing. Video footage was reviewed and theres no proof of him escaping from the facility. They have no answers, no remorse, no apology, just that he is gone. My friend entrusted him in their care and they have "lost" him. Due to his rare and prized breed we suspect Reidsan might have sold him to a breeder or to dogfighters. Can you imagine if you left your baby on someone's care and when you go to pick them up theyre gone and no one has answers for you? Reidsan needs to take responsibility for their wrongdoing and either assist my friend in search for her dog who went missing or take accountability for losing the dog. But since they are being very closed and quiet we suspect they are doing it because they went and sold him, hence why theres no answer. Do better Reidsan!!!!
