Bought my Betta Fish last Friday hasn't been a week did everything they told me too and waited 2 days like they said did everything right... My Betta Fish only ate once and wouldn't eat again after that.. last night I noticed that he wasn't swimming just staying at the top of the water... Then he played a little... This morning I come downstairs and low and behold he is dead in his tank... This isn't okay at all... I should have went with my gut and not purchased my fish here!!!! You will only get the Fishes dead pictures... Horrible horrible experience... Won't be back to purchase more fish

Terrible experience. Bought a Betta fish from the store, and brought him home. He had swim bladder problems, and could only float on the surface, barely swim at all. I tried to call the next day and see if they would help me, but instead I was told they only issue refunds if the fish dies within 30 days. I was given a poorly treated and disabled fish and was basically told to deal with it. My other fish began eating his fins off and he couldnt protect himself, so I had to end his suffering myself. Dont recommend buying fish here, go to R&Js instead.

Horrible costumer service, horrible attitude. Seems like a problem for the workers to help. Makes me and my family not want to come here. To be specific it’s the guy with the glasses and long hair. Seems like he hates his job

First time cat owner here, and I have plenty to learn still. Thankfully, Dee and Toni were extremely helpful and patient (during lunchtime on a Saturday nonetheless)! Store was clean, organized, and very well stocked. It was nice leaving with items and not having to wait on another Amazon delivery.

Tried to get pets groomed. Got run around with Appointments and needed Vet statements without prior notice after gott there. Had to reschedule again.

I was happily surprised to see that they carried dog aspirin! I got some medical supplies last minute and it was easy to find in the store.
