Fruity Pebbles had such a pleasant visit with dr. Brent! She was able to wear her Halloween costume, was handled with love & care, and treated as part of the family. One of the best VCA's we have been to! Thank y'all 🛰️🌌🛸👽💜✌🏼🙏🏼🐾🐱

Can’t recommend enough. Brought my bearded dragon for a consultation and she ended up getting a surgery. The staff is so attentive all around, before and specially after the service. Honestly I haven’t had an human hospital care about me as much as they care about our animals. Incredible

Amazing experience overall. Such an attentive, empathetic, and amazing staff. They were able to take care of our cat Cleo as a standby walk-in in the evening after a quick and proactive phone call in the morning addressing some concerns we had. Dr. Couts was phenomenal and extremely knowledgeable. Again, the level of empathy and care was visible when it came to addressing our concerns. Overall, very satisfied with my experience and personally would recommend it to others and would personally take my two cats here for anything else in the future.

So happy I found them! I brought in my very nervous dog who is not at all aggressive but VERY timid around people. I was looking for a vet that was willing to go slowly and not make it a bad experience for her (who had previously been pinned down by her last vet at the shelter). They did an amazing job, they only did what Harper was ready for, used food to keep her distracted, and took as long as they needed for her to let them examine her. In addition they were very knowledgeable about nervous dogs and provided me with options on how we could work on it. Another perk is that if your dog is anxious you can check in and wait in your car, and they even have a side entrance to a private room! Would definitely recommend!

I went to the VCA Animal Hospital with an emergency for my dog Bodhi. They told me to bring him in that I would be on standby but they would see him as soon as they could. When I arrived they immediately took us in. The vet came in the room within 5 minutes with her assistant. She examined him and told us he had slipped a disc in his neck. This news made me very nervous but I am so glad we found out right away. I would recommend them to anyone. We live one hour away but they are worth the drive

We only go there because of Dr Brenda, She is the best! She has so much medical knowledge of animals! It’s amazing! She is so comfortable to talk with, explains everything to you so you understand what is best for your pet. I have never felt rushed on a visit. Thirteen years, she has never not responded to a message I have left! We travel 25 minutes as she is so worth it!! Also Sam at the Front Desk is the person I always ask for to make an appointment, to get a message to Dr Bouffard, he has the best personality, so helpful, Outstanding at his job!!
