Been coming here for years. Normally, I never have any problems caring for my pets, but they hired a new person with a nasty attitude to work at the front desk. Makes it a frustrating experience to get help for your dogs. The Drs and the rest of the staff are some of the best in the area, but this new person is dampening the quality of care.

We had our first “ Puppy” check-up 5-22-2023 with Dr. Hall . The staff and Dr. Hall were absolutely Fantastic. They took their time answered all of my questions and also answered questions I did not think to ask. I’m so happy we chose Dr.Hall and his staff to take care of our new fur baby . I am including before and after photos of Daisy’s first check up .

We took our 10 week old puppy in for his checkup, vet informed us he was in great health just had a reverse sneeze due to stress coming into a new environment. Vet told us he checked his lungs there was no fluid, all vitals looked good and there was nothing wrong. Prescribed us a antibiotic so his symptoms didn’t worsen. In the following days my puppy was throwing up and diarrhea. We called the vet back bc he had blood in his poop they informed us to stop the antibiotic because that’s why his stomach was upset. His symptoms worsened overnight he became lethargic so we took his to an emergency vet close by. The new vet informed us after doing X-rays and tests that he had pneumonia and didn’t know if he would make it. DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET TO THIS VET!

Today mine and my husbands dog got hit by a car. We called/drove to every place in town. These people were so carrying. They even cried with us. They were straight up from the beginning. We had to put our dog down. And how we did it I wouldn't want it any other way. It was peaceful and relaxing for him. They made him as comfortable as they could. They did amazing. And we couldn't afford it up front and they gave us time to pay them. Thank y'all.

One of the friendliest vets I’ve been to. They were incredibly helpful with the grieving process after losing my dog. I can’t recommend them enough.

Our dog Kara had to have emergency surgery Wednesday and we could not have expected more, Dr Hall performed the surgery and was very honest with us immediately after the surgery. If it wasn't for him and the staff we may not have her with us today! So happy she is still with us and extremely grateful for Dr Hall and the Mt Pleasant animal hospital staff!
