Great place with great service. A remodel would give them 5 stars but they still manage to provide quality care. We've taken three of our dogs there, and two have had multiple surgeries with outstanding results. Dr Nissan is great. He's a straight shooter with decades of experience. I highly recommend Avocado Animal Hospital for mostly all vet needs

The best. The Vet took his time and answered all my questions plus told me everything about my dogs treatment. Very knowledgeable, kind and they did a great job. They are my baby's new forever vet.

The Dr. was rude and loud and didn’t listen to me. She knew what my cat had but insisted on doing tests that cost $530. Did not give me pamphlets, or any info. Just give me your money. Not cool!!! Not going back!!!

This is the BEST veterinarian office I've ever had the pleasure of encountering in 34 years of having pets. Dr. Nissan and every one of his staff members are amazing. You can absolutely tell that they all love animals. The way they interact with them is heartwarming. You KNOW your pet is in good hands. The way they present treatment plans and cost are up-front, clear and worth every penny. Very affordable for services, prescribed medication and food. They are all great people and that's who you want taking care of your family member

I’ve been taking my pets to Avocado Animal Hospital for years and highly recommend Dr. Nissan and his knowledgeable staff! What I appreciate most is that Dr. Nissan takes a holistic approach and is very thorough in explaining high quality treatment options that align with my budget and pet’s needs. Each staff member makes me feel like they care about my pets just as much as I do which is extra comforting during emergency situations. In more recent years we’ve had a reactive rescue dog and can’t thank them enough for going above and beyond to make him as comfortable as possible each time he comes in nervous for appointments. Seriously, ABOVE AND BEYOND! Over the years I’ve tried other vets that were closer to home, using “newer” tech, or had longer service hours but each time ended up making the 45 min drive to Avocado where I know my babies will always get top treatment. To all the staff at Avocado - thank you for being an affordable option for giving my dogs quality care! (And for putting up with Ponto!)
