This evening I took my very sick nine-year-old English Lab, Lucy, to Veterinary Emergency Group located at 201 Tarrytown Rd., White Plains, New York. From the moment we walked in, Christopher at the front desk was exceptionally professional and compassionate towards me and my family. Dr. Zachary Whitman, DVM, provided outstanding care and was incredibly caring and empathetic during such a difficult time. Christopher, helped us through the process of saying goodbye to Lucy with such grace and kindness. I am deeply grateful for the support and excellent care we received.

I went there twice for my puppy, Penny. We were so scared for her health. Both times all of the staff were so kind and helpful. Not only that, I appreciated that when I called them on the phone, I was able to talk to the doctor. I saw that happen a few times while I was in the waiting room also. Being able to talk to the doctor on the phone before coming in let me feel confident that they would give Penny any care she needed. Also, they have a wonderful snack and drink station, which I appreciated especially since I got to the building around midnight and had to stay for a while. When there is an emergency, no one is thinking about food or drinks to bring with you, you're just thinking about your pet. So to see that they understand and want to care for your well-being as well as the pets made me feel extra welcomed. Super kind and caring, I will always trust them if there is any other emergency with my animals in the future.

I genuinely must rate this place a 10/10 including the staff and the entirety! Just amazing and they really do care about animals as if they’re theirs. They even let me in the back to see my doggy as they all proceeded with the procedures :) The moment I was referred to this facility for my fur baby’s operation-all thanks to a stranger feeding my dog a massive bone gristle. I’d be lying if I didn’t say that I wasn’t scared yet all in all, I want to give a major shoutouts to: •Dr. Gina •Dr. William •Nelson -Assistant/front desk •Thea - Assistant •Miranda - Assistant •Gaby - Tech For being such a dream~team and I’m forever thankful for God creating these angels because if it was for them. My first time there and I was very satisfied with the care the team provided my pet with. I was Able to stay next to my pet throughout the entire time and they treated her with care and love! Olive says thank you! Dr. Colin Huang made her feel comfortable and the nurses gained her trust!

Saturday morning I had to bring my cat Kai to VEG due to impacted anal gland. The staff was excellent in their treatment of my pet and explained everything clearly and what needed to be done. Dr. Raja Basak allowed me to observe the procedure and explained what he was doing.

I had to take my Jack Russell to the emergency room last night. The staff was absolutely amazing, we went in right away and the vet went to work on Jack. The front staff who handles the registration was just as great. I wasn’t rushed to do paper work, I was able to talk to the vets and get him help before I did the registration. The vets offered different options for my fur baby. They offered for me to stay over with him as well. I hope I don’t have to go back but if I did, I would come back here. Thank you Christina for being amazing and helping with registration.
