I absolutely adore the staff and the vet! She is so good and you can tell this is a passion! She took great care of my Reese girl and definitely would recommend them to anyone, not only are they kind and welcoming but affordable in comparison! And with all the treats my girl received she probably likes it just as much as me !

They took very good care of my Babygirl. Any time I called them even if they were closed, they always called me back. My girl was my everything to me, my best friend. And thanks to them I was able to spend this last Christmas with her. I cannot remember her name but the vet technician was absolutely amazing. Babygirl really liked her and so do I. I want to make sure that she knows how much I appreciate her. So if you want someone that is going to do everything possible to help your fur baby I would highly recommend Footloose veterinarian.

This will be the last time I respond - your mother n law told me over the phone that our animals were not clients of yours anymore so .. pretty much that was the end of that and pretty much refused to send them over which shocked me because I always found her very nice and couldn’t believe her response . plus the new vet actually called your office to retrieve them and your office wouldn’t send it to them. I literally was at the vets office here when they called you and then they came in and told me that your office wouldn’t send them so that’s why I called you guys after that to ask myself for them and I was refused . What’s done is done but I happen to look back at my reviews from time to time and saw you responded so I replied back to let you know I was definitely a customer . From now on in the future though I hope you guys don’t respond that way to someone else because I couldn’t believe how that happened to us just because we moved away and had to find a more local vet to us . Like I said we always liked you guys until that happened that way. Not saying you guys are not good vets because you are but we shouldn’t have been treated that way. So please don’t do that to someone in the future . Have a blessed one as well. Just because we don’t live there anymore does not mean my animals were not a patient of yours . We spent thousands of dollars with you guys for our animals but after we moved you decided you were done with us when we asked for records to be forwarded to new vet in the area we moved . That is why I wrote my review . I realized at that moment that you were more about the money than the care of my animals . But it’s all good now. I thankfully had kept all my records that shows all our pets health records and money we spent with you. I just thought you guys could fax them over out the goodness of your heart to make it more simple for some loyal clients since we spent so much money with you but you denied a common courtesy and we moved on . I can post photos to prove it if you like . No need to call you I said what I needed to say . It’s really disappointing though because we liked your services until you did that. Just made me realize it’s all about the money for you apparently.

I do not recommend taking your family pet here. Perhaps good for farm animals, but not for pets that are considered family. .....The response given to this review just helps to reaffirm my opinion of the experience. I don't believe that it is tasteful to talk about your mental health when a less than desirable review is received. The purpose of reviews is to let others know your opinion/ experience. I hope you have a wonderful night, but my review still stands.....The new response to the review is much more professional. I appreciate the correction. She has found a vet who is treating the issue and hopefully Sky will be as good as new in a few weeks.

I started using Footloose last year for my horses' needs. Last year's check up was good, as my horses' checkups always are. However, this year, not so good. I blame it on my own health problems throughout the year and not staying on top of things. Anyway, Dr. Milligan made several recommendations which I've adhered to and since July 3, 2024 I'm seeing many improvements in my horses' health; weight gain, improved appetite, gelding is dropping again to urinate and they just seem to feel better overall. They are both seniors and have been with me since they were foals and I simply want the best for them. Thank you, Dr. Milligan, for your recommendations. If there were more than 5 stars I would definately give them. Gail Davis
