Howie, our sixteen year old Maltese, experienced two seizures in the middle of the night, so we knew it was time to let him go and we chose Emergency Pet Hospital of Glendora which was conveniently nearby. My wife and I prepared ourselves to go through the unpleasant process of letting our little dog go and on the short drive over to the hospital, he took his last breath. It was 4:30am when we arrived and rang the overnight buzzer. Ashley let us inside and expressed her concern for our situation and guided us through the final steps with compassion. After a few final minutes with our little guy, we let him go. One last step. We decided to have Howie cremated, so I asked if they offered this. They did not, but could coordinate it with an outside service and within one week, I was able to pickup Howie’s ashes. Even though releasing your pet is a very traumatic experience, this hospital, especially Ashley, handled it efficiently and professionally, and the final bill was only for the cremation services. Highly recommended!

BEWARE. I took my American Bulldog in for seizures. She is nine years old and never has seizures till the day I took her in. I believe that she had a head trauma from a metal pole hitting her on the head earlier in the day. I checked in at Glendora Emergency Vet at about 930 pm. The vet technician came out to interview me about 45 min later. While doing so, my dog starts to have another seizure. The stuff came out, and they attended to her. Before they even had her on the back board to taker back, the receptionist was already charging me. They took her back and intubated her. The vet came out and told me that the seizures were age related. I tried to explain what had happened to her in the morning. The vet just brushed it off.. a little bit later, vet technician came in an gave me an estimate of 5000. I told her that I could not afford it. She left and came back a few minutes and took me back to see her. She told me that since I could not pay the kind of money, I should put her down. I told them I would take her home, and if I had to do that, I would take her to her regular vet in the morning. From the moment on, they kept on mentioning and basically badgering me to euthanasia her. They tried to ride my emotional roller-coaster 😢 to euthanasia her. It's has been 3 weeks, and she still hasn't had another episode. But if I had let them play on my emotions, my SANCHA would not be here. SO STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE..

my rottie recently passed away on August 6th at the emergency pet hospital in glendora. On the 5th late evening we were at the diamond bar hospital because I noticed glendora was busy and he needed to be seen as he was declining fast. The diamond bar hospital has always been useful but never a nice experience. They refused to test my dog without anesthesia because of his breed. They also had us pay for medication knowing he wouldnt live long enough to use it while saying only a specialist could tell us if it was best to let him go. We carried him to the car hoping he'd get back up after anesthesia wore off but he never did. He went in with energy and a few short hours later he was in much worse condition and could no longer walk. Sunday morning we took him to the emergency pet hospital of glendora on glendora Ave. They were so kind and gentle with him. The only question they asked is if I wanted his cremated remains back and I expected to only get that as I didn't ask any questions. The vet was very compassionate and informative. He also shared personal details to let us know he felt our pain. 2 days later I received a card in the mail signed from all the staff. They told me at least 2 weeks for his ashes back but I was notified this evening they were ready. They not only gave me his ashes, they added a beautiful wooden box with a lock and key, they did a pawprint and I was so sad I wouldn't have one! They included the forget me not packet of seeds which was absolutely beautiful and his certificate. This was wrapped so beautifully in bubble wrap and in a cute little bag inside of a handy bag. His name plate is perfect and they did an amazing job with my sweet boy. I'm so glad we made the decision to take him home and come here for his final moments. I highly recommend them for emergency use especially when it's to say goodbye. I've done this with the pets of many family and friends and never have I had such a beautiful experience in such a sad time.

I called in and spoke to Eliana, she was very nice to provide pricing but also caring to my situation, our 16 yr old baby was declining and so weak. We took in our Chihuahua Babe “Stinky Linky”, they were so sweet and gentle with her. We were allowed time to say goodbye. Price was very reasonable and their service handled with care, empathy and compassion. Thank you.

Took my 2 cats here after they ingested some lillies. Staff was very nice, but had me call the poison control center for pets while I was there because apparently they don't have the means of creating their own plan for a common cat poison (?) Two overnights for two cats set me back $3500. I came to visit my cats and one of them was shivering, but the assistant said that their temperature had recently been checked and was normal. Cats came home and have been healthy ever since.

On Friday August 16 i took my dog in with a low RBC count i waited in the lobby for over 3 hrs with no update finally i ask the front desk what was going on i have heard nothing finally a doctor came to talk to me Mia had a blood transfusion that night . I have spent over $2000 to save her. The first time i put a review on was Friday when i was wait but didn't add a comment. Today i received a e mail from a Pegvy Olson saying they would no longer treat Mia Because i gave them a 1. Peggy Olson is the regional Purchasing director she never reached out to me to find out what happened. Mia is on medication and needs blood levels done.i Would stay away from this Facility becuse they get a 1 they turn you away .instead Of reaching out to you to See how they can improve
