They do not carry everything thay they have at Tractor Supply. The store was a tad sparse, and the prices seemed a tad higher. The employees were extremely nice and welcoming, though!

Terrifying experience at this groomers!!! I do NOT recommend you come here!! I will never bring my dog to this place ever again, had multiple cuts all over and was left terrified 🚩🚩 If I could leave 0 stars I would!!

I actually fell in love with a kitten in the adoption room. I had to go back the next day and fill out the adoption paperwork for him and his brother. The staff was very helpful and excited for me and my boys!

This store is new to The Villages. It carries everything you might need for your pets, including pet grooming. The employee working on the day we visited seemed very knowledgeable. I highly recommend this pet store.

I got my cat here and Lisa from Sumter Humane Society was a treat to work with. The regular staff could be a little more friendly I go there to support small businesses but the employees need to be a little more engaged. Prices are comparable to Chewy.

Thomas asked us to leave our comments at the door. We had no idea what he was talking about. He obviously was listening in on a conversation we were having that wasn’t about him. So, he needs to MIND HIS BUSINESS!! This isn’t the first issue we’ve had with this person. We frequent this store because it’s close and it has treats our dogs like. We don’t spend a ton of money but enough to be treated well. I guess we will go elsewhere!
