Description Mason County Search and Rescue is organized exclusively for charitable and educational services, which include: Providing search and rescue services requested through the Mason County Department of Emergency Management or Mason County Sheriff’s Offices SAR coordinator. Training volunteers as proficient emergency responders. Helping to educate the public in regards to recreational safety, wilderness survival and emergency preparedness. Raising funds in support of operations and trainings.
